Blast: Trestolone Acetate + Testosterone + Superdrol + LGD / Hairygrandpa blowing up!

Today was "pump" day (Nothing to failure, chasing a pump)

12 exercises, 3x chest, 3x back, 3x shoulders, 1x abs, 2x legs

No science behind my approach, just thinking it to be more beneficial for growth -than an "off day".

It works. I hate off days, and only take them when forced too. Have you checked Jeff Cavalier's video on the screwdriver for abs

Gonna look it up -but on the other hand, I quit pursuing visible abs. Visible abs are for "Justin Bieber" lookalikes, not my kind of thing.
Too much discipline and abstinence (from food and beverages) involved. Life is short.
;)

That's funny......but Justin Bieber doesn't have the discipline to pump iron and get real muscles !!!

He is a "girly-man". We are real man. We have the smell of a man, are hairy like a man and are heavy like man.
Remember when he left that concert, because someone throw a water bottle at him? I would have fetched it with my mouth, chewed it like a gum and made a bubble. :)

Yeah abs can be tricky when everything unhealthy is tasty. I'm gonna be pretty much living on eggwhites in June. Justin doesn't need muscles when he has 20000 trillion dollars. I'd be surprised if he even cooks

For some strange reason, Abs have been my focus lately, They have driven me to make better food choices.

sub'd!!

I'm an advocate for whole herb uses vs extracted compound uses (Turmeric/Curcumin) For example using Berberine as an derivative -or in whole herb.
Pure Berberine lowers blood sugar awesomely but fails when it comes to the bacteriostatic properties of whole herbs like barberry root -or golden seal root.

Golden seal root - is that the stuff we used to call Yellow Gold? If so, it was pretty amazing during carb ups.

Yellow gold? Sounds more like a fetish to me, lol. It was heavily used by native Americans for all kind of afflictions. It has berberine, an alcaloid that lowers blood sugar and is an bacteriostatic. Not only the root is useful, the leafs lower bacterial resistance to anti biotics, this knowledge may save lifes in future, as bacterial resistance is ever growing.

Yup I think that's what it was because I'm pretty sure it's main active was berberine. I used to buy it in bulk powder form and take it with NA-RALA. Really good stuff!

It lowers blood sugar better than prescription drugs. If you want to use it for UTI or intestinal infections, go with the whole herb. It may cure the most stubborn infections, better than anything else.

I used to get in in bulk years back from Nutraplanet but then they had stopped carrying it for some reason. I have never had such great pumps than when I took it with na-rala during a carb up. Was intense! I had no idea it has these other benefits too. Sounds similar to garlic extract in that regard.

So how you feeling on that test + trest :)

Nice, stimulate some protein synthesis, and hopefully you thought to have carbs and protein pre and during just to flood the muscles with nutrients at the same time. If not, add that portion in next time you go for a pump workout. Just start drinking a Pre-Intra drink with carbs, and protein or aminos about 15 minutes before your first set then all throughout the pump workout and watch yourself expand... Add in creatine an hour prior for even more of an effect.

I will have to check that out. I watch a lot of his videos. He knows what he is talking about.

You actually stay looking pretty damn tight even when heavy. I am jealous of that aspect! So staying heavy is not a bad look for you at all. However if you have ever wanted abs then you should earn them at least once before you give up for good. Obviously not now, go get big as a house, but if you have ever really wanted them then you owe it to yourself to attain that goal and it will be worth it.

Ask Rocket3015 the experience is pretty awesome, and honestly once you have done it then it becomes much easier. Kind of like people breaking the 4 minute mile. Once it was done people started doing it frequently.

For some strange reason, Abs have been my focus lately, They have driven me to make better food choices.
For me the tighter I got the more motivated I got to see how much better I could look.

Yellow Gold was straight up Berberine extract powder if I remember correctly but it probably did come from the Goldenseal root. Man I used to make some serious GDA's when Nutraplanet had their good bulk stuff. Between the yeloow gold, Banaba NA-RALA and Gymnema and a few other ingredients they had we could all make just about anything we wanted if we researched to figure it out!

Very cool on that. Luckily I don't get too many infections. I try to avoid antibiotics unless I know I need them for certain. Bronchitis is one of the few things that I will take them for quickly.

I find this to be the case also!!

That is what I do, now thinking about using insulin again pre-workout, had decent progress with a viagra, insulin, intra-carb/protein combo in the past.

For bronchitis my family uses 1 drop (half a drop better, if possible) White Thyme oil and 2 drops eucalyptus oil in boiling water and steam it out (Towel over head). The White Thyme stings a bit while inhaling, just fight through.

Interesting, I might have to try this next time I feel it coming on. I have to stay on top of it because I already have some scarring in my lungs from having Asthmatic Bronchitis as a kid. Bronchitis turns ugly on me real fast!

I really don't like taking antibiotics for anything if I don't have to. I can't remember the last time I filled a script given to me by my Dr. I usually just hang on to them just in case. the last few have gone in the trash.

Do you run mk677 anymore? Would like some take on it. I made a thread in anabolics too, was thinking about cruising on it if it's worth It.

It is worth it for what it is good for. I wouldn't call it a cruise though... just a cycle of mk677 which should be around 6 months if you really want to notice much out of it. Everything it offers is very gradual other than the holding of the water. Also you might want something to help with insulin sensitivity on it.

Instead of antibiotics, I would recommend using "Goldenseal Herb" , the stem and leaf part of the plant and the powdered root.

I couldn't find a study I know of, that showed that the leaf part of goldenseal was lowering the resistance in antibiotic resistant bacteria, when given together with antibiotics -but its out there. Meaning, if I take an antibiotic, I also use the leafs of goldenseal, to guarantee treatment success.

What MrKleen73 said.
I'm not taking it right now -but its a good idea. The hunger cravings from it may help my bulk -but the bloat after 2+ month is a bummer for me.

Here what I take against all viral infections:

Its called Ban-lan-gen. Amazon has it as granules for a beverage. Its 100% effective. I tried it on flu and dengue fever with great success.

What would you suggest? That is not a problem on a low carb diet is it?

I'm gonna go a high protein low carb/fat diet. You think bloat would be a problem?

I don't know, for me it was. I saw benefits from MK by month 3-4, mainly a reduction in waist size. By month 5 I blew up like a puffer fish and had to get off -BUT previously I bumped dosage up to 80mg/d.

Thats pretty high, was gonna go 25-50. Maybe it's dose related

Today one of the more buffed guys at the gym was asking me what I take, as he was noting that I got bigger. :)
I told him. Then he said: "Besides testosterone, I have no idea what you talking about."
I said: "Its drugs from Afghanistan. Have you never wondered how a skinny suicide bomber can suddenly carry a 50kilo bomb through the desert?
He takes those fancy blue pills called Superdrol , then straps his belt on and runs." LOL I think he believed it, LMAO!

So guys has anyone ever had rapid heart rate the whole day AFTER going into the sauna for a decent amount of time?

I ask as my heart rate has been 122-127 all damn day!!!!! I even had a ekg done, which actually turned out great. Just had a high heart rate. I even had one of the PAs over watching double check my results. (luckily, i got it done for free, as we have a lab at my schools that has a few. So we can dick around with the equipment if we ask and nothings going on).

I think it might be the sauna, as it is the only varible that has changed. I used my same dose of dexedrine(15mg) this morning, smaller than normal caffeine intake, same diet, had over gallon of water, and sleep great last night. However, i used the sauna for 2 sessions. Each sessions was 35ish minutes, at 175°F. I was doing this, as it helps my back that recently tweaked.

im just really confused, as usually the sauna lowers my heart rate the day after, not makes it race like a god damn horse. plus this is annoying as sh!t.

I use to take Goldenseal back in the day to pass drug tests!

Not that I've noticed. Could it be that you got it and then got worried about it and it never stopped? Some sort of anxiety? If you're scared and by scared I don't mean terrified, more like worried it can easily increase your heart rate.

Possibly, but I dont thinks so. I actually have been pretty calm.

Btw thanks for the reply.

No worries. There's ni chance you just took dexedrine on an empty stomach which you nornally don't? I haven't used it but things like that can definitely cause rapid heartrate
I always take it on an empty stomach, so no difference there. Im actually quite perplexed by this.

Do you use on a regular basis? I bought an infrared sauna about a month ago- and the first week I used it- I had an elevated heart rate for several hours afterward. This went on for about a week and even made sleeping difficult. After continued use- heart rate goes back down rather quickly... and sleep has been great. I don’t know if you buy into the detox bs... but I also felt fairly ill that week as well. Could be the body detoxing? Or just a coincidence?

Yes i have been. Sauna releases heat shock proteins which are amazing for health. It lowers myostatin, lowers blood sugar, lowers blood pressure, increases hgh by over 1000% (not ****ting you it literally increase hgh by over 1000%), causes you to make more opiod receptors and up regulates endorphin productions, has shown has to prevent muscle loss post surgery, etc etc..

Biggest reason for feeling discomfort and feeling sick is, because it releases Dynorphins. Dynorphins displaces endorphins from the receptors and it binds to very stongly to the kappa opiod receptors(which is responsible for almost every negative symptoms from opiods). But this is what causes the upregulation of endorphins and the good opiod receptors.
