Truthfully having about 2-3 days off a month (rarely any of those work days being just 8 hour days) while raising 3 children and going to the gym 5-6 days a week and keeping a wife happy who works as much as me and goes to the gym 2 hours a day as well. The last thing I think about when having some off time is going out and having a hectic dinner that's over priced while trying to keep 3 boys from destroying the restaurant. (1 being just 2 years old) Do I do it yes. Do I still order out and enjoy the foods listed in here? Yes. Do I often enough to share 4 pics every 4th day? No? Loluntil you've lived in your own house and had a family to take care of you will never understand that sometimes there simply aren't enough hours in the day... You shouldn't preach to people who's lives you don't understand
But once again I was simply envying him being able to fit so many amazing meals in a week as I often see him post multiple times a week with 4 or more pics at a time.
But better yet the quote was misentreperted and on my part was worded with out smiley face and wink emojis which apparently killed my playful intent. I wasn't truly astonished he can stay so lean as my body type can eat nothing but fast food for months and not go above 12 percent fat. I eat good and eat out as well just not as often and as good as Bob and that was what the comment was stating. He is lucky to live so free and we just live different life styles. Instead of choosing to make a gourmet lunch that I will just devoure down while working without truly enjoying I chose to help my boys with homework and cook them their dinners and pack their lunches for the following day after I get home from work and 2 hours at the gym.
Time is made for fun. I am completely unsure how my response or comment even led to me not making any time to enjoy. If I worded it in such a way I am truly sorry as it was not intended that way. Do you even follow this thread? I was stating Bob enjoys great eats quite often while still having time to prepare foods to keep macros intact which is very difficult with my schedule. But further more the whole thing was blown out of portportion as a typical quote towards Bob is and that is what kind of took me even more off guard.People make time for things like this. It's called having a life. Unless you work 16 hour days, there is not a reason t have fun 1 day a week to eat. 24 hrs in a day × 7 days is 168 hours. No way someone is busy all that time
I am truly confused how this response even originates. In no way was I stating I do not make time at all just stating a busy schedule does not allow me to enjoy the type of meals he does as frequent. Nor did I state I dislike going out. People in here have issues. The discussion in this thread is idiotic.
Using "work" or "family" as a shield to justify a fear or dislike of going out is deeply problematic.
Brb, restaurants are only attended to by unemployed bachelors paying with their parent's stipend. Just lol.
Bob enjoy your meals. Period. There is nothing to explain.
?Maybe I missed a few comments made by people other than myself but this whole conversation is strangely blown way out of proportion.
