You can take with or without food, shouldn’t really matter. I don’t think you need to dose preworkout, but a lot of users are noticing increased pumps so I’m going to mess around with the dosing and try to see if it’s a timing thing or if it doesn’t matter as long as you’re on it, if that makes sense.
 
I think the current census is 2caps 3x daily.
There is for sure performance enhancement but I dont think its acute meaning as long as your taking it consistently youll see the benefits.
Doesnt need to be pre workout dosing.

But that doesnt mean there is no reason to see how it works for you.
Some guys are taking it pre workout and loving it.

I'm not noticing any pumps thus far when dosing pre workout.

This does sound like a winner! As usual though, the delivery system or lack thereof could make or break this one in regard to 3 of those four ingredients. Let's hope they deliver!

As far as the product, Icon does it again. They have been coming out with some great topicals and at 25% off you better not sleep on it

I actually read somewhere that it was in the works but can’t find it atm. I’ll let you know if I hear anything.
 
Primordial performance owns/owned rights to both dermacrine and sustain alpha. They have been allowing other companies to use formulas and name for a small nominal fee iirc. Unless BPS bought them and is now allowing icon. Either way that’s the gist of it lol.
