cable triceps exercises (reverse grip, push down, other)

Just looking at that close grip B.B. press followed by triceps push ups with a slow neg on that many reps is making my arms hurt just looking at it lol

No need for going heavy, if you can torture yourself this way, LOL. BTW the seated rows, one armed, are on a machine, the one where you have a "chest-stop". Couldn't do it on a regular rowing machine, I'm not that strong, LOL.
 
Started the LGD today. Lets see if it gives me lethargy like the last time when test was lower. Overall feeling good. Libido is up again, since skipping the AI.
It's remarkable how fiddling a little bit with your estrogen has an effect on your libido. I highly recommend blood labs -now and then.

So...ummn...yeah, I can't blame her. We are definitely a sick group. Can you really blame anyone foe leaving? Ypu know, especially after someone who is responsible in their lives finds out what goes on in here?

hairygrandpa is still running a bunch of stuff, HIT4ME is trying to lose weight, bighulksmash ripped several people off and hasn't been seen since. I'm getting divorced and recently went on a date and everybody else has kind of faded away.
I'm sure I'm missing some, but that will fill in for 80% of what you missed

Whoa you are getting a divorce?!? Sh!t man i did not know that. Best of luck I know that can be tough even if you wanted(I don't know if that's the case obviously) especially on the kids.

As for me, Im done with Iraq, getting a divorce(congrats in my case), after running through a handful of women, yes, I meant that literally lol, I met someone that is just phenomenal. AND.....as of 2 nights ago I was sworn in and I will be becoming a Police Officer for the city I live in. Let the jokes begin

Maybe but either way it will be a day or two to regrow some stuble on my face. As I shaved this morning and I look like a 12 year old girl without atleast some stuble.

Today was rehab and injury prevention day.

7 Rotator cuff exercises, cables, 3 sets each.

2 lower traps exercises for posture, 3 sets.

Standing landmine press
2x 45lbs in plates = 90lbs x11/10

Declined DB front rises
2x22lbs x14/12

8 cable exercises for pumping blood, not to failure, triceps, shoulders, biceps, 2-3 sets each

10 min heavy bag

Since Rocket3015 showed off his guns in his log, here a pic of mine (note how I conveniently cut the pic, not to show my hip tire...):
