As in you are satisfied with your physique and strength now? If so do more of what you are doing, and don't increase calories or try to get stronger. If you have a physique or performance goal you haven't met yet start working on it. I think most of us do one of two things. Get where we want then yoyo back to where we were, or make a new goal and start improving more.What do you guys do when you hit your goals? I’m kind of at that point and have no idea where to go from here
