FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

Been on FD2 since April 15, 2017 and its great! Never been this lean, but is there a cycle period?
Because of the way Follidrone works you really don't need to cycle. The benefits will remain consistent. Meaning you will continue to have increased potential for muscle growth and increased fat burning, glucose utilization, endurance etc.
I say keep the pedal to the metal. Consistency is the key to success with phsyiqu building and fd2 just seems to get better and better.

Unfortunately the powdered form is really hydrophyllic. It would be a tar ball in the bottom of the jar.
Follidrone has to be encapsulated in a humidity controlled room with humidity at next to 0.
You cant even blink in there ;)

I've noticed this. But is it bad that I uncap the pill and mix it with my pre workout? Sometimes it becomes too much for me when I take additional supplements and end up having to take almost 10+ pills at once, so I uncap at mix them all together in the liquid that I am going to drink.

I dont think taking it all at once is harmful but you wont get the full benefits of the product. Its better to space it out so the effects are consistent throughout the day instead of a big spike around training and 0 effects at other times.
Epicatechin for example is metabolized REALLY quickly. So its best to take it more than once a day.
 
FD2 gets better and better with continued use. This is a staple supplement for anyone’s fitness goals.

I’ve noticed this when I split my doses 3x/day

1 with meal 2 hours before workout
1 in my preworkout with an intra workout 25grams of cyclic dextrin
1 post workout with my largest carb meal.

This works really well for me but this is just from recording and comparisons I have in my journal.

Hope it helps anyone else who may be trying to find closure for a dosing schedule

Fd2 has a host of added extras including ecklonia cava, flos carth and quercetin. Would be a mortal sin not to try

Here you go. FD2 is more than just epicatechin. FD1 was solely epi, however, FD2 has more ingredients as previously stated. FD2 wouldn’t be so popular here on AM if it didn’t work. Yes, there may be some non responders, as it happens with any product. Give it a try. You will be impressed.
 
I've heard of people not responding well to epicatechin but not fd2.
Fd2 isn't just epicatechin. If you removed the epicatechin from the product it would still be very good. Plus absorption is greatly improved so while you may not have responded well to epi by itself you may get more from it now. Either way you'll get the benefits of the ecklonia, flos carry and quercetin niacin co crystals. Which is fantastic.
 
I would have another look... its GDA properties alone are profound enough to justify the purchase!
Wait till everyone sees the gda effects from vector.....

Im just being honest here. Vector increases my hunger unlike any other sup ive had to date. Im eating carrots, celery, and jello just to keep the beast at bay but things just keep...well you all will see...

He started with 1 ingredient at 50%.
He's now at full mix@ 12 caps a day ;)
This is the dose we settled on for production. His results have been pretty spectacular.
Also, just something to mention....He's not like some 140lb guy who ate a cheeseburger and grew. He's over 240lbs. It's tough just to eat enough to maintain 240lbs let alone grow.
We learned alot about this stuff just watching his progress.
You guys are really in for something special. We are SUPER close.

Does it make you go hypo or at least feel hypo if you don’t eat after taking it? How do you dose it (win or without food)?

Fd2 has some gda effects but vector will be alot stronger in this regard.

For me these effects haven’t been too bad at all. I honestly feel just fine but I dose about 20-30 before breakfast, take a PWO dose, and then again directly with dinner and can say this is perfect for me and my schedule atm.

FD2.0 has never made me hype and I’ve never gotten hypo sides. I have with heavy stims in a fasted state but not with either of these. I also haven’t tried this with them both together.

And, yet when I used Follidrone 2.0 pre workout fasted, I had definite symptoms of Hypo. Remove the stone.
 
I asked more broadly previously, more re. PHs, was recently advised never to take with protein shakes as it hampers absorption. Would you see this as an issue with FD2 specifically? Thinking breakfast shake with ground oats and slow release proteins with milk?

Pre workout, just FD2 with the ground oats and Whey Protein if any, not Casein. 30 minutes prior to workout.
*Casein is best at night before bed.

Intra workout to keep you going if needed.

I train in the evenings so I’ll take 2 with a proper meal an hour or so before that. The the question was more is there any problems with taking my morning cap with a shake? Is it gonna hinder anything?

The thing is I've seen a bunch of blood results showing a drop in post prandial blood sugar. In addition we have a bunch of diabetic guys I know who are able to significantly reduce their daily insulin. I think for some the effects are more than others but there are for sure some gda effects.

I'm not sure this works as a blanket statement.
I do know that with Follidrone there are portions that would be better absorbed with food and those that would be better without. As a whole though it won't make a huge difference.
I take mine about an hour after I eat and i sip on carbs and bcaas while training.
Waxy maize and amino fusion.

someone told you not to take hormones with protein??

oral hormones are fat soluble which means any source of fat (including that which you find in proteins) will help absorbsion.

Yeah customer support at a very well known and oft mentioned on here supplement store. A ‘big no no’ to be precise. Said that a pro shake gets through the system so quick that anything taken with it wouldn’t be properly absorbed. Was dubious without evidence to the contrary.....
I mean a shake made with milk and including ground oats is practically a meal to all intents and purposes as far as digestion is concerned right?
 
Ive had customer service from retailers say all kinds of things including Follidrone harms your liver so only use 4 weeks. Which is obviously incorrect.
Customer service is there to do refunds and returns. Not for information purposes unfortunately. Generay speaking they are not well educated in the products so shouldn't be answering questions.

I second this.. I ran it with EC+Alpha Y+Forskolin and it didn’t hinder me at all. If anything I would say the endurance was much more noticeable and shreds were a lot better.

But then again, people can respond different to different ingredients and foods

The takeaway for me was I was able to eat on more calories (majority being carbohydrates) while getting leaner. Strength was also present, as I dropped on the scale my major lifts were still maintaining its own.

During my recomp phase with FD2. I’ve noticed and noted in my journal that I can’t say I remembered a time where I was worried about eating too much without spilling over.

Still recomping for the next couple months but I’ve added more to my stack (GDA and a bulking agent support) to support with FD2.

FD2 does the same for me. Great for recomp. You can eat for a clean bulk and end up with a recomp.
 
I'm able to eat like a champ and remain very tight. My endurance is better than when I didn't take it. I added glycoshield a couple of weeks ago and the volume of food I can take in is crazy... I'm a very tight 170 atm
 
Do you think there would be any adverse effects of taking Follidrone 2.0 alongside Cialis? I know Cialis is often used to lower blood pressure(along with its other fun effects)

I personally don't have any issues with it fd and Cialis.. and viron, well I cant see anything that would give me the impression you would have issues, I take Cialis pre work out and these ingredients are in many supplements I use. cant say I remember any ill effects but im not sure I have combined all of these at the same time.

So I’ve read that the lack of the “nail polish remover smell” from the bottle is due to an older product. Would this also affect the taste if one were to beak open the capsules?

Asking because I usually break open a few caps per day to split it up more pre meals, but the powder tastes abnormally sweet compared to the earthy herbal taste every bottle I’ve had previously.

So when you opened up the bottle it did not smell like nail polish? all my FD2 orders have always smelled like Nail polish remover.
