My introverted self... reform reborn.

Well on a different note from being a sarcastic turd... this is the season for sickness ... everyone I take care of imprints on my heart ... after many years I haven't loss my compassion... thankfully. I do not have the capabilities to leave work at the door ... I think I would be more at peace if I could...

however tonight I took my mini me too the gym ... we had a blast ... she rode on the sled as mom did all the work of pushing it... made me smile and laugh... first the first time in a week and a half of chaos ...

Coming around I am ... still on wellbutrin.... for my crankiness and started mirapex for RLS... hoping for some sleep.

I dont leave everything at the door per say...I just clear my mind when I get in mu truck...and take the rest out in the gym

I need too learn how too do that .... I have been encouraged to do that by many coworkers ... I just dwell ... my worry wart self and all ... So how u been

Doing well, and I know you can get there too. I find that when I walk in to the parking lot. I start my truck and take a deep breath, and forget everything bad from that day. Knowing that more challenges come tomorrow and then just do what I do after I get home. We can't change the bad. But, we can make it better for someone the next day

Incline DB bench press

Incline bench flyes
15pds x8 x3

decline bench press smith machine
50pds x8

decline bench flyes 10pd DB x3 x8

push ups 5x3

Bench press free bar 3x12

walked on treadmill for 20min incline 3.0mph

played with ropes just too see

I did nothing exciting like fight a kangaroo
I simply did treadmill incline for 35min

I pushed the sled with 45pd weight for 7min and that was pushing it

took my aggression out on the ol punching bag for 10

Did some ball squats just because I could approximately 20

oh my biggest accomplishment was a weigh In .. sitting at 208pds

u know... kicked my tush ... who knew I totally watched a feller do them ... and I was like I got this... yeah for 3minutes tops lol
 
I would never ... she was found under a cow patty anyways ... she always thought I was lying about that... but we may have found her real parents .... she would probably beat me ... if she saw this ..

Don't you dare call that thing a turd. You just need your haldex hooked back up! Then you'll be sliding sideways around those bends with ease, lol. And I always opt for the factory mats as they will catch a cup of coffee and don't get stuck under the heel of your boot when going for clutch etc.
 
Btw first day back in gym ... tomorrow I’ll try and snap new pics ... along with current weight!!! It was rough I felt like a wiener

You can see in the picture, he was doing phone sex while grinding, LOL. I hope my libido is as good at this age.
