My introverted self... reform reborn.

Well honestly ... I played in the gym more to prepare my leg day for tomorrow. Took your advice attempted just bar squats with bench seat ... even practiced with the ball wall squats ... I have confidence that I maybe able to pull this off tomorrow

Well?? Did wall sets prepare you for DemntedCowboys leg routine?
 
Also, I haven't seen an update on your weight, unless I just missed it. So how's the diet going?

update ... I got u lol. So leg routine killer went to work last night... tush was super sore when I bent over.. kind of felt like I needed a panic button when I set on the sh*tter. Soreness makes me feel like I did something... two thumbs up!!

Diet around the holidays was so so... my mom tends to get a tad grouchy when no one eats her baking so... I gave In a touch.. didn't wanna repeat the "cupcake".

The truth is I haven't weighed myself In about a week ...last weigh in was not so good stating I was sitting at 214pds

Update on sleep ..Remeron no good for me... makes me super hungry and as mean as a bear.

Invested in some melatonin and honestly don't see much of a difference there either.
Did just get a script for mirapex to try and resolve some RLS problems I have at night to see if this is my solution....
 
And one more thing I know ... when I am working .. and when not I have developed a love for the word association thread... super guilty

I thought about calling you out on that one. So you've got all kinds of time for Word Association, but no time for us. What are we supposed to tell the kids?

I am ... I have a friend coming down Saturday to work chest ... I don't ever max out cause I don't wanna smash my face ...yikes lol. On other hand... I'm trying to save upper body till then... so what do u think about killing legs again tomorrow... yea?? nay?? listen this is a side note can't be looking like a wimp in sat

You could do a high rep leg workout, pumping blood into those muscles. Or you could do back tomorrow, or just have a cardio day.

You could do back, arms, shoulders...If you can do legs again that quick you didnt go hard enough...or do what SFreed said. And do a pump workout

I'm going to cap up some stuff for you that should help with sleep and rls. My machine comes tomorrow and I have ingredients to make a batch for ya so I'll try to get ir done soon. Avoid Rx at all costs imo. There's always something natural out there, just is often hard to fidn what works for you specifically. Hopefully i can help with at least one of two aspects.
 
oh yes the boots... they r my fav and bright torquise if u seen the top... for some reason this always grabs peeps attention
 
Love that game.... so skipped gym yest and today which throws me into a messes up routine blah blah day. Work has really kicked my rear this and last week only being off two days. My lack of sleep which puts me in zombie mode ... is no good. Flu is ramped btw... wash hands.. lol. Let's see oh here's a good update... today weather sucked bison balls ... I got stuck on the small iced hill on my road in the blue turd ... refusing to back down on ice when my car is only an inch off the ground with washed out areas bigger than the grand canyon... I became desperate ... so goodbye hello kiddy floor mats .. lesson learned and maybe useful advice placing those rubber mats along with rocks leaves .. basically anything I burnt rubber and made it...

Just in case inquiring minds wanna know
.. I went back for the hello kiddy mats .. busting my a** twice...

and I will be back after a short sleep for another dreadful long shift.

Back in gym this morning after a long week of working extra and simply dealing with the stress of life + work. I won't lie I have been a failure at the diet department when 12hr + shifts are filled with grab whatever when ever possible to eat. Never knew how much positive it is for me too stay on focus and driven... I tend to recluse when stressed ... Post workout shortly ... misses u guys fyi

sorry my world seems full of chaos this week... maybe karma for burning up the hello kiddy floor mats ... ok gym today

I did nothing exciting like fight a kangaroo
I simply did treadmill incline for 35min

I pushed the sled with 45pd weight for 7min and that was pushing it

took my aggression out on the ol punching bag for 10

Did some ball squats just because I could approximately 20

oh my biggest accomplishment was a weigh In .. sitting at 208pds
 
I have got to get outta the downward shift I am in... for some odd reason work really put the hammer on my soul this past week

Best thing to do is to bring your own meals. Takes a little extra time and some planning, but well worth it imo.
