Wise man!! Way to be prepared!!
already have a pile of cortisol control supps, and a lot of prayer!
So I have a dilemma that I want your guys opinion on...we will be moving to the new house Thursday-Saturday or however long it takes. Lol
Option 1
Train at home-would have to be primarily body weight training for now-until I can purchase some equipment. Full body workouts Monday and Wednesday then weights at the gym on Fridays bc I’m off.
Option 2
Still train am’s at the gym but would be limited to no more than 45 mins. Would have to be out of the gym headed home by 5:45 due to commute/getting kids to school. If I go this route thinking one main muscle group Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday.
I’m afraid if I try the after work thing, life will get in the way. I will have to go home straight after work in order to get the kids home. Then dinner/showers/homework etc. So that would leave me around 8:30-9 heading to the gym. Just don’t see it working well.
HELP!! ??*![]()
Kat, read what you wrote. “Life will get in the way.” The gym will always be there. You are moving into your dream home, the home you will live in for the rest of your life. Enjoy it.
You are very close. I’m going to check out a new artist tonight. Hopefully he’ll be able to finish it and then start a new sleeve for me.![]()
Guys, what do you think of a 4Runner? I’m really looking into getting one in a few weeks.
Exactly. Hell, some time off may well do the body so,e good. And since you say the move and kids etc will be workout enough then I'm with puccah on this.Kat, read what you wrote. “Life will get in the way.” The gym will always be there. Whoa, that's awesome. Nice work whoever did it.Thank you, guys! It’s between that and an Acura.![]()
I finally finished my tattoo. My next one is next month. A huge Phoenix on my ham with its tail going down to my calf.![]()

And puccah, where is that ceremonial dress or wtvr it is from? Almost looks middle eastern? Just curious. And very well done /looks great btw.

Nice, very nice. Def looks good and so much better when ink has a (good) story behind it.Thank you, guys! chemjr, it’s a Hmong traditional, not really traditional ceremonial outfit. It represents my mother crossing the Mekong river to escape the communist.

Is it like a preacher machine?

You can go fairly heavy on this, I use it for super-sets with a preacher curl machine to finish a arm workout, love it!

Man, 4 am is harder than 4:30! Lol I had trouble sleeping last night too. Might be my to do list running nonstop through my head!

I think that’s it. I felt like a wandering fool trying to find machines or equipment I wanted but the selections are much slimmer & different. Will just take a little while to get use to. It’s still a nice gym just different.
I love AM Workouts 4:30 for me !
New Gyms are a pain. I remember walking around mine for seriously 2hrs. trying to figure out what was what and and trying to write up a workout plan.
My old gym was a sweet old all iron gym. If it was a machine you had to load plates on it.(Man I miss it)
I can't do AM workouts. Have tried many times and always fail. I'm lucky if I can hit the gym by 9:00am on a saturday if I'm trying to fit in a missed workout. 2 scoops of a Pre with DMAA or Radiate and I'm good to go. Problem is I couldn't go to work. they would think I'm a tweeker!
I do prefer training in the am’s though- minus being tired. Some great workouts and yeah new gyms are both fun and daunting. If you are on a time frame then they are inconvenient but if you have some time to play around with things to see which machines are for you then it can be very fun!
Me too!I love AM Workouts 4:30 for me !
Me too, it is hard to get started but once you get in the groove nothing gets in the way. No real distractions and then you go home from work and can do whatever you want for the evening. I miss far less workouts when training in the AM. Life just doesn't get in the way as much.
I would have done AM training here in Austin but slept horribly the last 2 nights so getting up at 3:45AM was simply not an option!
Damn Kat, I dunno if I could keep up with you! Wouldn't want to be the sh1t end of angry momma bear Kat! With that strength and the right training you could certainly whoop so,e ass woman! How tall are you out of curiosity?

??*Your new home looks awesome ................ enjoy!
Looking good and you can only go as deep as you can safely, you definitely do not want to trigger the pain. You worked hard and had some grinders, so you got what you needed done done regardless of depth you made the muscle fibers weep!

Getting used to the new gym yet?

Your dark morning selfie just brightened my day! Pretty smile Kat!
PS Love the sexy pec development!!!! A slightly developed and defined chest can be just as sexy as a set of double d's! Was one of my favorite things about my wife when she was still able to lift with me. I would just stare at her upper chest in low cut stuff thinking YUMMY!!!!

Jealous Puccah! Would love to head out to Red Rocks. And Oregon has some really beautiful places
?Haha, you can join me! I’m excited about Oregon and will probably go back to Seattle and Vancouver. I plan on moving to Seattle after law school.
It was gorgeous! Our planet is so amazing! I do wonder why some people would want to live out in the middle of nowhere!
Some people prefer the company. I for one always felt more at home the farther away from home I was.

Just got back from a hunting trip out at my in-laws' place in Western Ks. Got permission to hunt on some other ground that had a lot of canyons and rocky bluffs on it. The ground this guy owns is only a mile long but I'm pretty sure that by time my dad and I walked through all of it, we walked 6 miles. It was very distracting for deer hunting looking at all of it. On our way back to the truck we spent a little more time looking at things. Found some fossils of fish and a bunch of mica. Brought some of the mica home to my daughter who was very thrilled about it.
I love exploring new places and seeing all the beautiful things God created. This world truly is an amazing place!
I would love Seattle, but there are some great places outside the area as long as you stay out of Tacoma....Meth Capital of the world. I spent 3 yrs there at Ft. Lewis, and climbed Mt. Ranier 3 times, mudded outside of it a million times, climbed Mt. St. Helens once. Another enjoyable climbHaha, you can join me!
