@OL another question regarding Urolithin B - is there any „off-time“ recommended beside the 4 weeks off after every cycle? or can you run it the whole year 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off, 12 weeks on,....?

I personally would cycle off any supplement after 12 weeks. Your cycle length and protocol sounds spot on.
 
On nutriverse it says if you are going to stack Massacr3 and ep1logue to do 1 capsule each, any reason for this? or can we do 2/2?

Also ordered 2 x massacre, super pumped to stack it

An earlier post from NoAddedHmones supported that protocol for those folks concerned about potential side effects from Uro B.

Hello everyone,

Recently I been having a little bit negatives from OL team, just annoyed me the way things happened, dont like when people make comments without backing stuff up.. Anyway, this is a postive comment. I finished one bottle of Ep1logue, did not get any visible side effects so far, After finishing one bottle, I took “proper hormone blood test” and can say Ep1logue does not mess with hormones or is spiked.. please note these are my results (Im 30 years old) and people with concerns should take own test..Im taking no medications, just staple supplements..no test boosters etc.. I will finish my second bottle in due time..

All is in normal range..Not liking the Oestradiol levels, they gone up since last test, but not saying this linked to OL products..

I hope things be better communication wise in the future.

Hey man thats great to hear and see. I'm not trying to speak for anyone in particular, but I know at times our words and meaning don't come across as they should via text or type. Regardless, it's good to see you went and got checked and everything (for the most part) came back good!

I am actually close to finishing up my second bottle of Ep1logue and I must say, its been great. The increase in recovery, endurance, pumps, all day fullness is pretty amazing. The only other items I am taking are Re1gn pre-workout, Endur3 mixed with HBCD intra workout, and Ep1logue. I'm noticing solid strength increases and just all around fantastic gym sessions. When I started Ep1, I began a new program that is higher frequency than what I am used to. The recovery aspect here has shined, as I am doing some variation of a squat, bench and deadlift 5 times per week. I do not train for pump, but it is definitely there.

As far as composition wise, I am up around 5-7 pounds (weight fluctuates almost daily) and am just as lean/slightly leaner that before I started. Now I know there are a number of contributing factors, but for me, this stack works! No joint issues, I actually feel amazing as far as mobility and joint wise. I have had a few injuries in the past and after awhile I would be hurting, especially at a higher frequency of training, but no issues here. I have paid more attention to mobility work recently, so I am sure that has played a role as well. Zero libido issues, better performance outside of the gym, no negative sides.

I am loving Ep1 and I have one more bottle to go. Can't wait to jump on that Massacr3!

glad u have peace of mind now , not sure why u would assume it was spiked tho, that's a pretty bad assumption.

I didnt assume this, just adding to the findings by saying its not.. again as previous poster said I think just sometimes on forums, comments come out wrong sometimes

totally agree, can't wait to run it for 6 month straight given it's all good and no sides.
 
Week 3 for me. Coming back from a broken hand @ 34 as a lifetime natty, must say I love the endurance, strength increases, has helped my recovery along to coincide with muscle memory gaining back my muscle. Some weird effect as I've had nerve damage/impingment issues( I can't get certain muscles to contract properly for about the last 10 years), freak days I would be able to fully but for the most part I have to do high rep isolation exercises to get these certain groups to contract and fire just a little more than usual. The past 2 weeks on epilogue I can actually contract them all day. I wonder if this is do to a systemic anti-inflammatory effect. But I have also always taken other natural anti-inflammatories. Anyways I'll take it. am running another bottle after this one and hopefully keep the gain train going. I can tell this is making me visibly fuller as well I have good muscle bellies but this gives me a 3d look. Love it ! Thanks
 
I wonder if the sides vs the gains would be worth it for 2x Ep1 and 2x Massacr3 with Tr1umph... I am willing to try it lol

The official recommendation from OL is to run 1 cap of each, if stacking. It's mostly just about point of diminishing returns and saving money, though obviously different people respond differently to different compounds.
Tr1umph is always a good add and stacks well with either/both.

It will work no matter your goal: cut, bulk, or recomp.
 
so what is the type of this supplement ? is non hormonal .so its a muscle building supplement.?? like molecular nutrition x factor?

you did not just say that. Let me guide you. Go to olympus-labs.com. Not Olympusuk, but Olympus Labs. Give it a read of what exactly this is. If you get the time there is also some research material on the effectiveness of the product. But, I have a better idea. Read through the first post of the thread.

Not going to lie, it hasn’t done anything for me, I thought I looked fuller within the first few days but 3 weeks in and no pumps or anything. I’m not doubting others I must be what’s known as a non responder.

Yeah thanks for the reply. I’m not going to spend another £80 on the chance i might feel the little benefits other seemed to get in the 1st week, if something takes 8-12 weeks to shine maybe sell it in one of those massive bottles like kings blood with a s**t load of caps, that stuff is great and you get all you need in one bottle.
 
8-12 weeks? Daaaang it, bought 2 bottles, probably will invest in another but dannnng it. Just several days in on using it, really liking it so far though...
 
My Ep1logue has finally arrived today, just popped my first 2 caps with 2 scoops of conquer unleashed, about to hit the gym. Just curious, in the list of bullet points of benefits Ep1c TD says fat oxidation but Ep1logue doesn't. Should I still expect the same fat oxidation benefits as ep1c TD? I found Ep1c TD had a nice leaning out effect without cutting calories which was awesome

Merely a suggestion by someone. I personally don't buy into the logic of taking a break from a natural supplement as long as there is no obvious negative feedback loop at work, or long term toxicity issues.

As far as the "shining for most at the 8-12 week Mark" comment, I think they just mean that a lot of people are seeing results that kind of take a significant upturn around the 8 week Mark. I agree. However, that doesn't mean that people aren't seeing impressive results long before 8 weeks: they are.

All I can say is that I'm just past 8 weeks and I, too, have noticed increased effects. Maybe I should say I think people just notice the accumulated effects of daily use around the 8 week Mark very strongly; at least that's been my experience. I'm hard, dense, pumped practically all the time. I seem to be able to handle slightly more calories without fat gain, but ironically seem to have a reduced desire to stray from a solid diet or indulge in sugary crap. Visually I've begun to lean out on maintenance level calories while becoming visibly more muscular. Performance wise, the endurance is there as well as increased recovery

Probably look the best when you dose it. Super tight, vascular and pumped

Gives me a good mood boost

No sides. Libido is still good, hair is infact growing more, no joint pain. Just does well for me. I don’t want it to end!
 
Just finished a two bottle solo run. I dropped about 15 lbs on a deficit and strength stayed the same, if not better on some days.
The pump was great the first few weeks but I noticed it became less pronounced toward the end of the run.
Great product and I can’t wait to try massacr3.

Interesting. I'm not noticing any increase of pumps whatsoever. I am also running Xgels and DermaStrength Unleashed PWO... no sides so it's fun to take but was hoping for good pumps
