My introverted self... reform reborn.

I just got caught up on this thread thanks to SFreed.
You are doing just fine. when I started on hear I asked like one hundred questions to what all the F'in abbreviations ment.
He ll I still can't figure out half of them.
really just a bunch of good guys and a few great women on this site. (the guys can get pretty crude but from what I have read you are holding your own)!

Umm, aren't you one of the guys? "They can get pretty crude but not me!" :p

Right on... well just think I was really taking a beating in the beginning ... man who knew a little jugs and boom .. melting

Beating isn't over yet. Please try to respond to questions, like workouts, meal plans and stats. Only thing I could figuring out was, that you do a 5x5 routine, are 5.9"/170lbs/goal 150lbs , you eat less cals since 2 weeks and you want to be : a) leaner and b) getting huge (like macho-girl huge), correct?
-What are your macros?
-is a 5x5 routine ideal for leaning out?
-to get "huge and muscular", are you considering PED's?

Tonight is my last gruesome night of 5 12+ night shift hrs. Your above statement is correct except laymen terms might fly better with me since I'm that new creepy girl at your gym that mocks your workout cause u just look too darn stinking cute.

I will tomorrow post my bedtime... get you your measurements etc. My diet is so not on macro level at this moment... and idk is 5x5 what I should b doin??

And is PED's is that the same as PPE's?? Lol
And don't worry kids I only drop my kids off at my pool ... we good

I think she mentioned she would like to compete some day?
Compete in what? Bikini, Physique or Figure. or maybe powerlifting?
This will help us help you meet your goals.

You're selling yourself short! You probably know more about the power side, through experience, than most of the people on this forum.

but my way takes way too long for most people. I just started lifting when I was 16 and haven't stopped. I have had buddies that passed me in 2 years on AAS.

True story I ordered radiate last night ... how about this ... I have 100.00 bucks right now too grab some supplements that are highly recommended... following your guys recommendations ...

hairygrandpa: Are you thinking good diet, good program and maybe some Anavar?

No. Not sure what to think. AND I don't know sufficient about PED and women, besides some basics.
Trying to figure out what stacy1212 really wants, because: Huge muscle-woman = domain of freaks, not my specialty at all and a very rare breed, even here on AM.

Slow your role on the roids guys...she can gain plenty of muscle on her own. After you get further into and the nutrition and training are both on point, then and only then would I suggest going for anything like that! MrKleen73 is an excellent coach and could set up with a great workout program and nutrition to maximize your potential! He’s helped me put on about 20lbs of muscle over the past 2-3 yrs. (I loose track of time! Haha)

Gotcha ... and to answer some of the other questions... I'm not new new I did lift approximately 2yrs ago attempting to compete in bikini .. life happened and we all know what goes from there...

I don't watch tv nor have I in years.. I spend 2hrs in the gym a day this happens to be week number 2... I haven't followed supps and when I lifted I simply did pre workout with protein afterwards... and ate like a horse.

I have the time and dedication for this... I will not stop till baby puts her blue jeans on... and boom people want her a** ..

I think everyone needs at least 2 years of Natty good diet and becoming addicted to the gym before venturing off to the dark side.

MrKleen73 excellent selection.

Lets face it, if a woman wants to be as huge as a male bodybuilder, all she has to do is: Taking the same gear as a male bodybuilder.
The outcome is a huge hairy beast with a deep bass voice -and "sort of" a pecker under the skirt. I'm not talking about me, LOL.
stacy1212 , is that your ultimate goal?

I can hold any diet ... I'm a working gal money's not an issue .. I know that's not what u asked but we all know eating well isn't cheap.

Only and let me repeat ... only if you save me a seat in the love lounge basement... and u call me Steve and I call u big papa!!??

Tomorrow scouts honor I will give u my full description .... with my current routine.... I think I did pics today while at gym... jiggling half gallon jugs ...

The girl doesn't even know what PED's means and people are recommending she use drugs?! Seriously wtf is up with that? She has absolutely no foundation. If she did she would at least have an idea of why she's doing 5x5. Seriously this is how people **** themselves up. All I see is a focus on supplements. 100 posts ago I asked what her workout routine is. Still no answer. Stacy do not use any type of anabolic drug until you know how to train properly.

I’d say protein powder is good to help you keep your protein intake up if you struggle to get enough in. I’d suggest you getting in 150 grams or more of protein in each day. I personally prefer whole food over supplements especially to start. Save your $100 and spend it on something fun! Lol There will be plenty of other opportunities to get a little help from supps.

I recommend stacy1212 to follow love2liftkat 's current workout log.

Tomorrow dude ... right now I eat work and sleep .. gym.. work starts at 7p ends 0730a if I'm lucky ... I do keep track of my workouts via notebook. I've been a nurse over 10yrs I promise u I do have a foundation in nutrition and common sense ... in the next 12hrs too amuse myself I would like to hear recommendations... I'm all ears. At the end of the day I'm still holding my own in the cookie barrel... with my big girl panties on. Tomorrow if there is a tomorrow I'll put my "a" game on... and actually attempt to log and not look like a total shrimp

Follow Kats advice on this. As much as most people don't want to hear it, diet and exercise is where it's at. Get down to your goal weight first, then start looking around for a little extra push, if you're still inclined.

Take that $100 and buy some new gym shoes, or protein, or a hotdog head chick to go with your dude.
