Since we're now all friends, can you post your workouts, how often you workout and what type of cardio you're doing? Also diet would help too.

You could look into a SARM like Ostarine if your looking to get big and lift big but being a female, you would want to research the pros and cons of RC performance enhancers. Invalid Link Removed is a great site for such items (for research purposes only).

Stacy, I definitely suggest the RXS Radiate for the fat burner...as SFreed said I am also running Tribulyze and Exubol by Boldanic! It has been a great help to me keeping my muscle, gaining strength, and loosing fat. If you set up your nutrition to where you’re at or slightly over maintenance, you could really take advantage of the gains from just getting back into the gym all while leaning out with those 3 supps!

Real food > Supplements. Personally I'm more a "real food" fan. Whey only as a post workout, no BCAA's for me, I save the money and spend it on weird hobbies.

Chick's been here for less than 24 hours and her first thread is getting more replies than anybody. Reminds me of a hulk log.
 
Real food > Supplements. Personally I'm more a "real food" fan. Whey only as a post workout, no BCAA's for me, I save the money and spend it on weird hobbies.

Yeah, BCAAs are pretty much a waste of money if you're using whey protein. Sure, some of them taste really good, but they are just overpriced piss formula.

Well, cats are cool. But do you make sweaters for chickens, or sweaters out of chickens. Both are weird, but one is also a little creepy
 
Well you say you want to lose weight and gain muscle. Unfortunately for natural lifters (ESPECIALLY WOMEN who sit at no more than 75 ng/dl of testosterone) you can not build muscle and burn fat at the same time contrary to popular belief. So you're going to need to choose which one is more important at the moment. Supplements will help a bit but like anything you can't out lift or out exercise a poor diet so you need to get your diet in check if it isn't. Maybe share some of your workouts and what you eat in a typical day? Also until everything is in check don't go near any type of hormone or drug. Even with supplements you should know what each ingredient is and what you're putting in your body. For me some of the best fat loss I have achieved was with no stimulants at all. It's easily maintained when you do it that way

We've got a new BBQ place here in town so I had to try it out. Disappointed. They shred their brisket and rely on the sauces to give the meat flavor and moisture. I've heard quite a few people talk about how good it is but I was just sad.

Thats upsetting. Wish more people knew how to do real BBQ before opening up a restaurant

I just don't like the whole "The sauce is the boss" mentality. I'm the same way with steak. If it's properly seasoned and cooked, you better not even think about putting steak sauce on it!

I get mad with my family if they take the sauce out when I cook. I'm like why would you ruin a perfect steak. But, that is what they are use too, cause they never had a good steak
