NTNM - Diet , my un-scientific approach to leanness

Day 38

Invalid Link Removed
Honestly based off what you've been saying. I thought I would not notice a difference when you posted pics. However, damn!!!! You look way leaner. Less tit fat, starting to see abs coming in, shredded arms, Etc! Seriously your progress is actually insane tbh.

Thank you. It takes longer than anticipated. Have to endure 2 more month I guess.

Honestly I think the rate of which you are losing fat is actually very fast. I'm not joking. I think as HIT4ME has mention these fat cells hold on to water, till the bitter end. Then you will wake up one night and boom 7 pounds of water dropped.

I think you are both right! hairygrandpa is losing weight very fast...or at least losing fat fast. About time, haha.

BUT, we have all been on his side too - we plan it all out, decide we should lose 5 pounds a week by the plan, follow it to a T and lose "just" 3 pounds and it seems like it is CRAWLING. Lyle MacDonald always says it takes twice as long to lose fat as we expect.

I would normally say "recomping" is a bit of a fantasy - but HGP may be proving me wrong here (of course drugs do change that a considerable amount - but I am not even sure what HGP is on because I haven't been around much lately.)

I come back and get two mentions for the same idea - which is a Lyle MacDonald idea that I "borrowed" (Ok, stole).

Glad that someone actually listens to me hahaha. May not be the best idea...but still makes me feel good. Thanks rtmilburn and MrKleen73

My weight is always the same, no matter what. After losing the initial 5-10lbs of water, it just halts. Then, over time, body composition changes -but never the weight.
It was so from the beginning 2.5 years ago when I were really fat. I never lost weight.
Sure, I could starve AND do cardio -but who in his right mind would do that? Hehehehe!

I would...but I am not in my right mind. But...ummm....then again....are YOU?

250mg test/u x week and 20mg Ostarine/d. Occasionally some TD trest pre-workout, also insulin pre-workout with carbs.

I modified the damn diet, now having 1 meal every day. Off days no carbs / on days carbs. Now training up to 6 days a week, because I wanna eat, LOL.

Would you consider doing an odd experiment??? Drop all hormones, go on trt dose cruise of test for 8 weeks; to let everything normalize. Seriously I think a mixture of elevated FREE e2, maybe not total, and MILD but chronic liver stress, is causing you hold water. I say free e2, rather than total, as your total probably is fine, based off of you test dose; however, the other andogrens/sarms could be freeing up the estrogen, causing you to hold on to more water.

Ps. Sorry for my writing. I'm experimenting with some fancing writing techniques and seeing how they workout. Doing it here before I turn this gay azz essay.

You know what to do. BPC and PEG-MGF.

I will do that. I have about 18 days of cycle left, after that it's TRT time. On its way is Cardarine, I would go with 175mg test/w and 20mg cardarine/day for about a month -or two, bringing HDL up and LDL down.
I have exemestane on hand. Theoretically I could use that NOW to get estrogen out .

Don't imo let these hormone do there thing first then if things are still out of control then play with exemastane

Okay, we have to wait until cycle is over, don't want to end up with a handful of Ostarine caps laying around, being not enough for another cycle -making me buy a tub again.
I doubt its liver related. Last time, after a t-bol cycle, my liver values were only slightly elevated. Ostarine should be less toxic.
I have alcohol maybe once every 14 days. Now, estrogen could play a part in this. As we have time until the cycle ends, we could try exemestane, just to see if your hypothesis holds water (saw what I did?). I'm thinking of 25mg initially, then 12.5mg eod.

Also are you consuming enough salt and potassium. Seriously if your electrolyte pumps aren't working properly you will hold water

Yep... I take electrolytes now -and then.
Have Bananas too, the fruit -in case you wonder, LOL.

I live right where I work. Downstairs are my stores, so I don't move a muscle -unless I'm at the gym. THAT is why I live on so few calories, despite weighting 215 pounds. I should move more.

Turns out rtmilburn may be right. I skipped AI, because I felt well without it. Yesterday I took 1mg adex. Woke up today with a raging wood that would not go down for an hour. Now lets see if weight goes down.

Well, rtmilburn knows my body.

Or he just wanted you to have raging wood for an hour.

Agreed, definitely seeing some nice progress and only more to come!

Inspirational HG!

That's actually the same place I read it the first time too. I have all of Lyle's books now.

HGP, you are looking great. Congratulations on your great progress! Keep it up!

Today will be a "pumping-day", meaning:
-not counting reps
-not counting sets
-not going heavy
-not to failure
All focus is on the pump, no matter the weight.

I'm feeling I have not recovered from Saturday's "arm-ageddon". Pumping blood is highly beneficial for recovery, IMHO, better than staying idle and wait it out.

Pump-day was awesome!

Now eating my meal for today:

I'm late but looks like you're running some fun stuff so I'll follow along!
It's day 40
Here a recap on what is going on:
Diet:
-1 meal a day
-"off-days", no carbs, just meat max 1500kcal (never got this much in)
-"on-days" meal has carbs, max 2000kcal, eaten after workout in a 2 hour window
-carb shake intra workout (50gr)

Cycle:
250mg test/u x week
20mg Ostarine/d

Started at 103kg, now, after day 40 I'm at 98kg, apparently gaining muscles, believe it -or not, LOL.

I thought I read Slin and Trest a page or two ago! Either way, I need some motivation and there's nothing better than following along with people who do things right. Lol

Once a week TD trest pre-workout -but now its gone, empty.
Slin 10IU pre-workout once/twice a week, when I feel the workout will be great.

No idea if I do it right -but so far, best ever recomp.

Oh I see, Slin is very interesting to me. It can do wonders for sure.

Oh I see, Slin is very interesting to me. It can do wonders for sure.

My reasoning is, I want all the intra -and post workout carbs in my muscles and not around my waist. So far it works -but its about finding the sweet spot on how much carbs can be absorbed by muscles.

Woke up this morning at 99 kilo, 2 lbs gained.
LMAO!
Will donate my body to science, the findings will lead to the creation of "Homo anorexus", the first fuel efficient hairy human.

**** I totally forgot you were using slin!!! I almsot guarantee that's part of the reason you have not see much weight loss on the scale. It's causing intra cellular water retention. That's not a bad thing. However, I think if you were to drop the slin and increase salt and potassium for a few weeks you would drop a lot of water fast!!!

What are your thoughts on rebound from this type of diet? How is your quality of life? Do you feel like eating like this will eventually slow your metabolism down? Great progress. All honest questions!
