Ok...so it’s day 4 and I can say, I am starting to feel the libido so to speak. Not sure how to really say it but let’s just say it is heightening my senses. Lol Let the fun begin!!

Day 4 Things are going well so far. Getting in all 3 doses each day for both. Appetite has been fine since that first day. So must have been a fluke or mind over matter thing. Haha As is said before libido is increasing. Find myself thinking about it more along with some other obvious signs...lol Strength felt decent today- expecting to see more of an increase in a week or so. Recovery and inflammation seem to be improving well!! My hip is actually hurting less too believe it or not! Win win!!


I went in late today (11:30) due to an appt with my ART Dr. Not sure if it was a lack of eating but I was having dizzy spells.

No not usually but both kids have hammocks hanging in their room just to chill in and stuff. Son sleeps in his more that my daughter sleeps in hers.

I do a lot of backpacking and switched from a tent to a hammock / tarp setup a couple of years ago. Saw the hammock in the picture and was curious.

I’m assuming you didn’t really have any libido issues before this? My girlfriends been having lower than normal that we think is due to her birth control.

I’m wondering if maybe this could help her so she will be following along through me. Lol

No, not currently. I am running it for other goals but libido is just an added plus!

Very well could be her BC. Has she tried other types? Either way, I think this would be very beneficial to her! I think the Tribulyze and some Maca would be a great combo to help balance things out and boost her libido!

Hope you all had a good weekend! Ours was full...Moved all the items in our storage unit back to our house and gave some to a friend. So that counts as exercise right?! Haha

I am starting to get pretty impressed with this stack! I’m really starting to notice the recovery and the reduced inflammation. Energy, endurance, and even strength are improving as well! As for libido, I think the most noticeable part to me is the sensitivity has increased a good bit making it even more enjoyable.


Today was my early day but I was able to get there right at 5 so I had a full hour. Training will be Mon-Thurs this week because we have our annual camping trip this weekend. Yay!! I ran off without my phone today so no music

I enjoy it too! I can feel that each side functions a little differently as well! Strength is close to the same but one side has more endurance while the other is slightly stronger in lower reps. It’s interesting for sure!

Good morning! Today marks 1 week of this run! Things are going well and only gonna get better I’m sure!

This morning I could’ve just rolled back over and slept for hours!!! I have been sleeping well- I just really like sleep! Lol

Out of bed by 4:30 and in the gym about 5:05 or so. I have not been taking my first dose until post workout and with breakfast. Let me know baxmax if you’d like me to dose any differently.

I am already very sore from today’s workout...I’m interested to see how I will feel in the morning- not only with me already being sore but also with me training upper body again tomorrow morning since I usually have a rest day in the middle...(upper body is actually not too sore today)

Note- the extra soreness is very typical for me about 10-12 day’s out of the month. This is just the first I have experienced with this stack so wanted to document now to see the difference.
 
As I hoped, the Exubol did it’s magic through the night and my legs feel much better. Just a little tightness/stiffness. Continuing to impress me guys!

Intended to take my dose pwo this morning but put them in my pocket to take once my thyroid meds dissolved(under my tongue) but didn’t remember until I started cardio. Haha

Today’s workout was a metabolic workout. The focus is to create metabolic stress factors in your muscles that induce growth hormone release. Causing a cascade of reactions resulting in extra growth. The performance of these sets was done as follows. Chose a weight I can do 10-12 reps with for the movement. Did 6 reps with that weight then rest 5 seconds and repeat, continuing the process for 7 rounds.

**I feel like your muscles wanted to explode from the pump. Not literally but the pump from these is so intense it really aches. Lots of burning in the muscle while performaing these as well. It feels like you played tug of war with a freight train at the end of the workout. Lol

Day 10
Things are going well! Feeling pretty good, not feeling edgy like I normally would this time of the month. I’m a pretty chill/laid back person most of the time but can feel more irritated as hormones change during the month. Although it’s only 10 days in, I feel this stack has been helping with many pms symptoms. May be tmi but I am usually almost bedridden for a few days due to my pms symptoms being so bad.

I am sleeping soundly each night. I have been waking up hungry but surprisingly through the rest of the day, I feel my appetite has actually reduced. As for libido, I find that I am “turned on” more throughout the day-every time the thought crosses my mind.

Weather is perfect out here! Mid 40’s last night and low 70’s during the day! It’s been a great day already and it’s only 1...kayaking, hammock/reading time, fishing, and even went on a little 2.6 mile run (intervals). Of course brought my bottles of Tribulyze and Exubol with me.
