The climate changes, yes we get that, It is the RATE of that change which is worrying, and the fact that we are at the warmest the globe has been in over 2000+ years. Stop focusing on the fact that the climate is constantly changing - even the scientists are aware that it does. You keep honing in on that when it has been addressed repeatedly.
This is like someone having a small hole in their tyre for 10 years and is used to having to pump it up every so often vs. a complete puncture that requires attention every few seconds and saying that he shouldn't fix it because it has always been like that
Not surprising. It's not because of kneeling, though.
NASCAR viewership is down as well.
Thats because commissioner Roger Badnotwell has been incrementally destroying the quality of the game and turning it into a flag football wus league. Its just not the same game that took it to the peak of its popularity.

So more head injuries make it better?
Honestly, I don't care either way. If football ends, it won't bother me. Especially considering all the money they get from the taxpayers.

Definitely! It's amazing how few people know that.if the people who complain about welfare only knew how much how much of their tax dollars goes to 'supporting' professional sports teams!!!

Anyone been watching "The Vietnam War" on PBS?I still dont think its going to happen. I think we will be in war with Iran before we ever really go to war with DPRK.

the next war will be unintentional....someone makes a miscalculation and retaliation begins immediately-it will be a chain reaction.
it's inevitable that eventually this will happen with all the war games and 'tests' being done, imo.
there isn't much we can do about it, so enjoy your life!!!
Im overseas right now so cant but I would love to watch that. One of my favorite series was WWII in Color (original color) on the history channel. Never been so immersed into WWII.
Yeah like a misconstrued trump tweetthe next war will be unintentional....someone makes a miscalculation and retaliation begins immediately-it will be a chain reaction.

I think they showed me that one back in the 8th grade, the whole series in history class. Best class ever, watch TV!!! This was back in 90 I believe so if what your talking about was that old or older than thats its, it was incredible.
ken burns is the name you need to look for...guy really dug deep, and got things right, imo. I will watch any documentary with his name involved-no half asser!!!
I know, right?Uh oh. Ivanka and Jared used private email servers for work-related messages. Guess they're going to jail now, right?

When did they become Secretary of State?

Why should that standard only apply to the Secretary of State?

Does federal code state that advisors are required to use secure email systems and record their emails to it?

not necessarily. Do we know for sure that Kushner or Ivanka sent classified info? Was it classified at the time of the sending? Those things we know with Hillary. If the answer is yes, then of course they should be in trouble. However, if we follow the rule of law for Hillary, nothing will happenIt doesn't matter what your job title is. It matters what you're sending, specifically classified materials (section 18 of USC), but also applies to all government communications under the Federal Records Act and FOIA. NARA also gives guidance on use of email (Invalid Link Removed) and what needs to be done to archive all emails regardless of how they are sent.
So while there is no law about using private email servers, there is code for recording it, yes. At the end of the end of the day though, you know damn well that Trump ran part of his campaign around Hillary's use of private email servers (which she was wrong to do so). Looking the other way now that the Trump administration is doing it freely is pure hypocrisy.

Exactly. I'm not minimizing what Hillary did at all. I still think she did the American people a disservice.I'm not softening what Hillary did and any two circumstances are going to be different. We don't know yet the extent of the current emails, but that is part of the problem with using private emails: it's harder to track what is being done and what isn't being reported.
Nothing will happen though as you've said. I'm simply pointing out the hypocrisy since it was such a major point in the campaign. If it actually mattered, they would have taken extra steps to avoid using private email accounts for government business.

actually, If I am not mistaken there is a distinction between classified and not classified. As well as retroactive classified v. classified at the time of the sending of the email.I think you're missing the point here. Classified or not, it's still the same rule. Reread the second sentence on Aleksandar37's post.
Nothing happened to Hillary, correct. However, Trump leading "Lock her up!" chants at his rallies still happened, and he used it to ignite his base.
So YES, it is total and complete hypocrisy.
