HIT4ME I appreciate what you said brother ... coming from where we both started as you know it's hard to sometimes see what you have accomplished .. I mean I look at all your pics and im blown away but what everyone has done .

I hear that. I feel like everyone here has made such great changes...I didn't do that much.

I didn't either. I have always been small and had a metabolism like that of a rabbit's labido. I used to have the nickname "Tapeworm" because I would eat (a lot) all the time and not put on a pound. It wasn't until I actually started delving into the PH/PS world that I was actually able to bulk up and get past the 145 lb mark. Now I usually stat around 175-180. I am trying to put together a nice bulk for this fall to help me get closer to the 200 mark.

I don't have many before pics. I avoided cameras but here's a general idea of where I've come from to where I am currently. I do have some in between pics where I lost down a long ways (the wrong way) but I have been working the past 2 years to put on muscle and now currently cutting again.

You and I are similar builds/bf when you were at 250. I'm 260. Keto is a struggle for me. Think it's cortisol related. Any tips? I've gone 4 weeks before before I just feel frazzled. How long did you go for these results. Really impressive man

Thanks man, I did keto from like mid January to late March. It was definitely a struggle. I found what worked best for me and my schedule was to do IF alongside it. I did an 18 hour fast(8pm-2pm) and then had my 6hour feeding window from 2pm-8pm. It took some getting used to but, once I was fully in ketosis, the weight literally fell off. I also was a big fan of alpha-y for my mornings and I ran some iron legion invictus(cortisol suppressant) which was awesome.

Don't sell yourself short! You've had to overcome more than just losing the weight. You had/have things working against you to make progress and you're still kicking butt and saying screw taking names cause they don't matter.

Now i am 87 kg .....ya , i know weight doesnt matter.
I am 87 kg + 15 kg (my daughter's weight) = 103kg at the moment.

I will try to get my old picture. I just moved to new place. Most of my stuff still in my old house.

I was about 65 kilos when i started. I started lift weight in 2010. I was not able to walk like normal kids when i was in primary school. I got some kind of nerve damage around my hip area. I couldnt walk continously like more than 30 mins. Everything has changed until i started lift weight. I became stronger and healthier. Now i can walk , can sprint and can jump ! ?

Will need some help from you. From 65 to 97 is massive. I have put about 12kgs. But need to bring in some more size.

Ermmm....i was not natty at that moment. I ran multiple cycles of Sustanon+Deca+Dbol . I have been off steroids for about 2 years and sitting at 87kg . ?
