Not so good frozen. They were great as pancakes and as a regular shake with almond, soy, or cashew milk or with water. The only downside is the chalky/ grainy taste, but the awesome flavor makes it better.

Ah can't win em all. :)
Glad the flavor is overpowering any possible negative that comes with a vegan protein powder.

50g blueberries
0.70ml of Plenish organic unsweetened cashew milk
1 scoop of peanut butter cookies

this was my breakfast :P

I can't speak for the other brands that have been nominated or the competition in general but for our customers it is a great chance to take advantage of the 20% off available on all products. :)

They don't they get voted that every year. They dominated the international market first and foremost so people are brand loyal to optimum. Seeing it was probably the first protein anyone outside of the US got their hands on that's why they have such a large presence and following. If you ever go to the Arnold or Olympia ON always has one of the longest lines next to the Bb booth. You would be surprised how popular they truly are

Makes sense. Back in high school when I knew very little about working out and supplements, 'protein powder' was the popular supp aside from creatine, and everyone had ON gold standard or hydro whey.
 
Definitely. Online shopping was a godsend to supplement users.

I would have nothing but extremely overpriced, quality-in-question products available to me otherwise.

There has been considerable progress in flavouring even in the 6 or so years I've been a supp user

Agreed, and even more so in the past year it seems. Things in the supp industry have gotten better, but also have gotten flooded ha

Buying a tub,
There are some people I dislike...

Not sure I could part with it, it was never my #1 but very unique. If you have Caramel Macchiato Cafe Series Select, mix them together next time as a protein loaded Iced Coffee or Frappuccino

it wasn't my fav neither but when I got it now somehow it spiked up in the list lol.... :)

don't really like the coffee flavours, not the select ones, I mean in general anything coffee flavoured it's no no for me, at the same time I like coffee, espresso, being italian how can I not like it :) the real one tho

I made some good proats today haha.

2 packs reduced sugar cinnamon oatmeal
1.5 cups unsweetened Cashew milk
1 scoop PES snickerdoodle protein
1 medium banana sliced
120g fresh strawberries
50g fresh blueberries
2tbls zero fat Greek yogurt
1 handful KIND chocolate cluster granola
A little fat free ready whip spray

Devour :)
 
Anyone have good recommendations for cooking/ mixes with Vegan Select series? So far I have wild berry (getting the PB on Saturday) and I have tried pancakes, proats, ice cream (greek yogurt, a little cashew milk to smoothen the consistency) and regular shake.. I even tried it as a coffee creamer replacement haha.
The best have been regular shake and pancakes.

Anyone have feedback on chocolate bliss or the vanilla vegan protein? I have yet to try either flavor.

Chocolate over vanilla by a large margin. It's basically cacao powder for flavoring. Nuttiness of pea protein works well against the cacao.

I don't really have textural issues with any vegan powders. Are you guys blending or shaking? I either use a vitamix or nutribullet
