I'm now in my 40's so beginning to look at a systematic way to delay the aging process, something I never considered much when my focus was muscle gain and fat loss.
With that in mind, what would be the place to start in terms of medications as well as more advanced options out there?
With so many different things to consider (anabolic hormones, fat burning ones, peptides, cognitive function, libido, hair loss etc etc) I'd be interested in knowing how you'd approach this if your goal was to maintain your current state for as long as possible?
