Holy swollen legs! The pump was so incredibly insane after leg extension and leg curl supersets that I was having trouble walking and couldn't even do a butt-kick with my foot ha. It was really nice. The workout was interesting to start.. I hopped on the squat rack and the weight felt heavy / legs felt tight. I did extra warm-ups and wanted to push it today so the mindset was right, but the body wasn't feeling it. Anyways, after the 225x5, I was like damn, that was heavy. So I put on 245 and did that 5 times. It felt better, so I yolo and put on 285 for the first time in what seems like forever. It actually felt LIGHT on my shoulders which was awesome! The 3 sets were pretty good. My lower back was a little sore, but my legs were feeling pumped as ever. There wasn't enough room (literally) to do deadlift, so I just used the squat rack to do RDL. I missed my 5th workout last week due to a wedding and lack of time. I will do front squat on Thursday followed by deadlift and try and push my DL up too!

Things are feeling really good and I am loving the energy I have with the extra food and supplements currently. My mind is sharp at work too, and I have been super productive this week! Things are looking good ya'll!!

Edit:: It's safe to say its the Soy Lech that taste so damn bad in Triumph lol. I bought some soy lechticin granules and added it to my ergo one day and that nasty taste appeared in ergo :) ... so I am going to suck it up and finish triumph
 
I got the buy 2 get 1 deal on the peach sorbet triumph and I honestly dont think its bad at all lol
Yeah I'm a sissy all there is too it. Compared to ergonine as a ergogenic product...the taste is night and day difference. Also my triumph doesn't even mix properly and I end up chugging sludge.

But, ingredients are a bit different hahaa.. So whatevs. The product works just not a fan of the taste
 
i totally agree on the mixability, it gets so foamy that once I drink all the liquid theres like a quarter of the shaker cup left worth of foam. Have yet to try ergonine but have heard great things

Yeah, it's the PA that causes it to foam i'm pretty sure because my ergo foamed when I added PA solo in ;)

My forearms were so swollen and pumped after BB B/O Row. It was hard to do pullups after but they ended up calming down haha. Had my roommate there to workout with so rest between sets actually decreased for me, which I enjoyed. I wanted to see what I could bench 3x5, and I was happy with what I got! In for this looks good man also for the grip I find that the grip of the bars at my gym are beaten to crap so if you are having the same problem I've been using chalk it's way easier on my wrists. Especially on lifts that are like in between needing straps and not needing em. Chalk is also cheap I picked up a block for like 4$. Just a suggestion man keep killing it.

Once a kid who didn't know how to use his back muscles and was mostly using arms during back exercises.... no longer. Back is feeling stronger. I am feeling it do majority of the work on all the lifts and I am loving it. Finally building that mind to muscle connection with it which is great. My diet was pretty bad yesterday at least at the end. I ate an entire hershey's symphony bar that equals like 1000 cals I think. Whoops :) But hey.. it's growing season right?

My Legs DOMS have been so crazy these past few weeks. I haven't been stretching/foam rolling like I should be and my hammies are paying for it. I also haven't been doing treadmill warm-ups either so lactic acid buildup is probably really real. I'll roll them out before legs today and maybe do like 5 min of walking or so to get them engaged before I go to Front squats and DL's.

Another great workout. I think I must be a noob, cuz I am climbing up in weight in all my compound lifts and it feels awesome. Maybe I just have more confidence, or its the extra food and carbs (was lower calorie for so long..), but I am really enjoying it. Program feels good, I keep adding in some extra stuff here and there, and am just so excited for when workout 50 hits to see where I am at. Depending on how todays workout goes, maybe i'll post some pics... We shall see haha
 
It's the extra food! nice front squats and those deads! I hardly do front squats so doing 35 lbs each side on a BB kills me haha.

Awesome leg pump! They look like they are getting bigger and are definitely getting stronger as I am seeing new strength in my lifts every day.
I forgot to take BMP yesterday for this workout, and I forgot again this morning. On top of that, forgot my PES ABE for lunch too! Mother trucker.. lol. I did the same thing yesterday too. Did this workout on a pretty mediocre lunch. I needed groceries so bad, only had a PB&J and a protein shake ha.

Is it okay to take ABE 4x within a few hours of each other? Or should I just save 2 of them for a future day? Really hate missing doses, but it is what it is.

My form is getting better on my Deadlifts as well, which is nice. I had a trainer spot me and he said my form was really good, just need to work on locking it out at the top. Shoulders and hips rising simultaneously and looking good. Straps have definitely helped me push heavier weight and I am excited to keep building these legs!

Ayy man you can do it! I think a lot of mine was just getting my mind wrapped around doing the heavier weights! 290 was tough though haha I'll be there a week at least

Definitely. For me personally it was never having a spotter so I would do what was still difficult, but it definitely wasn't my hardest. I was doing 245 3x5 squat just a few weeks ago.. no way I gained 45lb on squat in a few weeks! I decided to man up and try some higher weights without the spot and boom it went well haha. I had a feeling I could though, as I done in this weight range prior to knee injury in the past. Finally feeling good though! But if you know you are at where you are legitimately (1RM, or 1x5 RM), keep at it!!
 
Shouldn't be any issue with the 4abe. I've done it lots since it's not really all that acute anyways

Hmm, once again wasn't really feeling it. I woke up ready to crush it today, but as time approached and the day went on, I wasn't really feeling it. Still managed to complete everything, and go up in weight a little. Not taking a PWO with pump aspects definitely hurt me a little bit, but I sweat well. I was more into my phone and waitnig around though than getting ready for the next set. The whole week has felt off despite still pushing some good weight. I guess that is what counts. I will be taking a 5 day stim break or so coming up soon in anticipation for OL RE1GN to arrive. I want it to smack me right in the face and only way to do it justice is to at least cut out stims for a few days.

I will be using OL Conquer Unleashed Non-stim as my pwo the next 2 days and until Re1gn arrives.

Gotta get some of that too ends up being like 35 bucks a can for us which isn't bad compared to Popeyes Canadian garbage lol. I bought 1mr Canadian version and it is absolute trash should invested the extra money into some reign :(


I'm telling you if someone created a proper Canadian supplement company like one of these on this forum they'd make a tonne.

Decent workout. I have been lethargic all week for some reason. Sleep has been fine, and definitely consuming enough cals, but maybe they just aren't clean enough. Or.. maybe I am just kicking ass in the gym so I am tired. Taking meso definitely made the difference today though as about 15 min after I took it, I was pumped to get after it.

Excited to crush the chest today! Going to throw in some extra stuff!
 
Meso is maybe my all-time favorite for getting a swift pick me up to kill a session even when you're dragging. sometimes theres a crash after when its picking me up out of a deep hole, but knowing how much i killed it while i was on makes it all worth it.

Really excited to try out reign when it gets to me to see if this can jump up on that list with meso and kraken.

I just had my friend take advantage of the bogo, cuz he is it out of pwo and I had him order reign and H:Vol (non stim) too, but he did it in the same order so he might be waiting ha. I had him get permaswole and ferox. I'm sure he will still like them lol. Went off Oconns recommendations

Kraken is Sparta nutrition. C&P has kraken but it's their protein

I tried the og ferox and it was ok, but not on the same level as the other two. More just a stim bomb with nothing else focus or pump related.

theyve updated it twice since the og IIRC so it may be much better by now. I just didn't love it so never went back.

Last week was a weird week in which my diet was pretty poor as far as 'total clean eating' goes. I indulged in some candy, ice cream, sloppy chicken sandwhiches, and some other stuff.. but I did have quite a few clean days. Sunday was rough though and for some reason I binged on all sorts of dumb stuff. Yesterday's weight showed it lol, weighing in at 199.4lb. Gping to have a clean day today and see what it looks like tomorrow.

Yesterday Legs was awesome. Joints were stiff from the weekend and being chair locked at work, but eventually they got warmed up and had some solid working sets. Deadlift is feeling great and since adding straps, I'm really starting to be able to focus on form and get a solid pull. My legs were so pumped yesterday it was insane. I think the x-gels are really kicking in and size/strength is increasing.

Keep on keeping on!

Hey man sorry I've missed all this action. Ferox is definitely strong but given i haven't tried any DMAA PWO's so I can't compare to that level. My personal favourite stack from CNP is Riot with Permaswole. Permaswole seriously makes my arms look so jacked I love it! I can't wait for Re1gn but I also need to get my hands on some DMAA goodies!

Sorry dude just noticed this. Ya the 99% of the preworkouts the Canadian stores carry are a joke! People love their Regular c4 but I don't feel a thing from it!
