Holy swollen legs! The pump was so incredibly insane after leg extension and leg curl supersets that I was having trouble walking and couldn't even do a butt-kick with my foot ha. It was really nice. The workout was interesting to start.. I hopped on the squat rack and the weight felt heavy / legs felt tight. I did extra warm-ups and wanted to push it today so the mindset was right, but the body wasn't feeling it. Anyways, after the 225x5, I was like damn, that was heavy. So I put on 245 and did that 5 times. It felt better, so I yolo and put on 285 for the first time in what seems like forever. It actually felt LIGHT on my shoulders which was awesome! The 3 sets were pretty good. My lower back was a little sore, but my legs were feeling pumped as ever. There wasn't enough room (literally) to do deadlift, so I just used the squat rack to do RDL. I missed my 5th workout last week due to a wedding and lack of time. I will do front squat on Thursday followed by deadlift and try and push my DL up too!
Things are feeling really good and I am loving the energy I have with the extra food and supplements currently. My mind is sharp at work too, and I have been super productive this week! Things are looking good ya'll!!
Edit:: It's safe to say its the Soy Lech that taste so damn bad in Triumph lol. I bought some soy lechticin granules and added it to my ergo one day and that nasty taste appeared in ergo
... so I am going to suck it up and finish triumph
