Yep, still got my natty card. Never used supps much other than protein and creatine mono before joining the forum. This is my first real stack outside the normality of pre-workout and ergonine (didn't stay e9 till around April iirc as well)Where u always natty? From day one?
I noticed I get lazy towards end of week with my logging workouts. Going to try and fix that. Workouts 28 and 29 went well. RE1GN had be feeling good, but I do get a bit of nauseous feeling from the dragons mist only. Not problem with iseefury, nor the super thermo effect.

Sorry I have been MIA on this log guys. Been primarily using my phone only for the forums due to moving houses. Other than at work, I haven't had much time to be at a computer with the lovely mouse and keyboard, which does make logging and making it look pretty a little more difficult.
As far as the stack goes, I love it. My joints are definitely feeling it from the ARA, but I feel really good and strong. I kind of like it? It makes it feel like I know it is working, ha. Strength increases has been solid, and motivation returned following the deload week. My body needed it, and so did my brain.
Diet has been a little all over the place with moving, and just lack of consistency. However, while I think my body comp could have improved even more if diet was 100% on point, it hasn't been so bad that I feel extreme guilt or anything. Most epic cheats have been planned, and the worst it has been was 6 doughnuts in a sitting, with some pizza added during the day lol. I am seriously getting bored of Protein shakes though, I think I need to venture out and try some new companies. Was hoping for a killer insider from PES to try more of their flavors, but maybe I can find an insider at another company lol.
I am contemplating what I want to run for my next natty run. I will probably hold off until October to run it, give the body a break from taking so many supplements.
Reign, other than the OG DM, is not bad. My initial review was on the Dragons Mist flavor, so if I re-reviewed it, it'd probably be totally different. It is still good though, but sometimes makes me feel nauseous during my workout, and sometimes I even yawn. If I take even half a scoop of DM, I feel it much more profoundly than if I take 1.5-2 scoops Iseefury. So take my RE1GN review with a grain of salt for those still waiting to take it.. DM and the other flavors are a world of difference. I do still enjoy it though, but if i had to buy 10 tubs of preworkout and choose between Meso or Reign, I'd choose Meso every time. If I am having a bad day and cant find motivation to get to the gym, drinking Meso GETS ME THERE. RE1GN doesn't do that for me. That said, it's still a very good pre. Figured I'd just catch up on that after my review.

Damn PH3 looks fricken awesome lol. I like the spreadsheet too to help track and keep it goal oriented.Well if your main goal is strength, look for something focused in that realm. Maybe PH3 or a good HIT program?
