Supps taken pwo 1 cap of katandrol
1 scoop of permaswole
Workout legs/ arms /abs
3 giant sets 5-15 reps each rest 15 seconds
Legs:hack squat,leg extension,hammy curl,calve raise
Bicep: spider curl ,rope hammer curl,preacher curl , single arm concentration curl
Tricep: close grip bp, v bar press down ,skull crusher,reverse grip pull down
Abs: cable crunch , Leg raise, double crunch, ab wheel rollout

Had a good session this morning ive been out of action due to sever dehydration i guess 2 gallons of water isn't enough none the less im back at it and training hard definitely noticed the katandrol is kicked in body is feeling lean and mean will post pics tomorrow with an update of my weight more to come

Good advice. Slam about 44oz of room temp water before bed. You will get up to piss a few times, but it's no big deal. I do it every night before bed.Its been crazy hot and i do construction mainly asphalt so i guess i need to up the h20 ive been drinking coconut water the last few days and i believe that is helpin me out
Start drinking extra water as early as you can. The stomach can only absorb so much every 15min.
I'm assuming you are already waking up at the crack of dawn so you probably can't start any earlier LOL. Maybe slam extra before bed.
Also if your loosing a lot of water via sweat you could need to up your salt intake.

Killer session this mornig legs and arms wer on fire so far katandrol has been excellent no sides at all just lean gainz and energy more to come

This cycle is moving right along and im loving the results no training today but will resume tomorrow still no sides libido is high and my body feels great more to come
