SFreeds 8 Weeks to the Beach cut

I recently got my 2nd cortisone shot-hopefully it helps you more than it has me---only minor improvement in pain, but it did help mobility.

voltaren gel helps...recently I started on meloxicam, and it really seems to be helping-doc says it is an upgraded Celebrex.

My Dad was a bee keeper and I remember people coming to our house to have bees sting them on their knees. Supposedly helped them. I thought it was crazy when I was a kid, but I've been thinking about it more and more. Now that it's my knee, it puts things in a new perspective.

Day 7......Have noticed that the feeling of being tazed has diminished. Also, my finger doesn't stink any more, so maybe ryane87 was right and I just needed to wash better.
 
I'm supposed to be doing negatives this week, but honestly I'm just feeling beat up at this point. Chiropractor appt, then hit the gym and did back and bi's. Weight was 187, which I'm happy with. Considering I mmorso'd my Memorial Day with beer and bbq, I'll take it! I'll probably hit the gym a couple more times this week, then head down to St Louis to hop a plane for Florida (and habajaba's house) for a week of shenanigans. I'll join a gym down there for a week, but won't be anything serious.

I have no doubt I'll hit my weight goal of 185, but I'm still not happy with the mid section. So I'll just continue the cut once I return from vacation.

Left work and went home to pack for Florida. Up at 03:00 tomorrow, work until noon (hopefully), get the flattop reshaped and then head on down to St Louis. Catching a flight to Florida at 06:00 Saturday morning for a week of beach time. Will probably post some beach noodz at some point, as well as some drunk posting a couple of times I'm sure.

I'm sure the wife will be at least buzzed her self you don't go to Florida and not get drunk. I've been drunk the past 3 of 4 days ive been here.

The vast majority of Americans are obese. And vacation in Florida, apparently. Most of what I see are definitely not picture worthy

Where you at?? Clear water beach that I was at on the gulf side was mostly babes!!!! Now Disney world (the most miserable place in the world imo. I literally wanted to kill my self when there) is like every bad stereotype of cultures​ combined into one place. Speaking of bad stereotypes I can't tell you how many asain people where taking pictures of other people's families at Disney world.

Totally agree on the he Disney world thing felt the same way when I was there a few years ago .. but take a little trip to south beach .. entirely different world there !!!!

I'm heading to Daytona Beach right now. I know it's not quite as bad but heard it pretty weird there too

And the food! Awful, overpriced garbage.
What I found best of all the attractions Florida offers, besides the beaches, was the Miami zoo. Rented a bike and had a wonderful time with the family.
 
I'll be in St Pete Beach. Pretty decent scenery on the weekends, but during the week not so much. And apparently I'm driving to Disney Sunday. Somebody shoot me now.

Never have been to bush gardens.. If you ever have a chance.. Universal was actually really nice sooo much better then Disney

Yes bush gardens it's owned by six flags but is also a zoo while being a theme park.

Ya if I was paying for this trip I would have done 1 day bush 1 day universal rest of the days at the beach with no Disney. But I'm with my parents and 7 year old brother so Disney was a must. I won't be going to universal at all though :(
