Squat went up even under bad conditions. I ate like crap yesterday. Donuts and cookies all day haha. I didn't get full sleep and had bad headaches from being in the sun drinking all day. i had to hit the gym, now i feel better.

I did the power movements individually and the accessories in superset fashion. Deadlifts took my energy and did not feel confident with my bench. No PR, but it felt easier to hit 205.
Anyway, couldn't go to the gym yesterday. My pup ate a corn cob sunday and we took him to the hospital after he continued to vomit and not eat yesterday. Been stressed out and I took all my emotions and killed myself in the gym today. Definitely helped out. Hopefully we hear good news today. Last night his surgery was successful so now they are just monitoring him.

They operated his abdomen last night and removed the cob. Luckily his intestine was not damaged. We visited him today and he was on painkillers but got his appetite back. They said he should be able to come home tomorrow.

Rupture didn't give any noticeable pumps today. Woke me up a bit and I had a solid workout session. Definitely needed BCAAs as I work out on an empty stomach. I have off the chains but rupture already has 75mg of dmaa so I didn't want to add in any more. I found it hard to wake up today but that is due to my excessive workout yesterday. I am cooked but keeping up my calories last night really helped.

April 22 on the left today on the right. More than a month. I don't feel like I did too much progress. Maybe just being hard on myself. I do feel much stronger so i'm happy with that

i tend to agree with you that the visible progress is pretty minimal, however if comp stays the same while lifts improve, you're definitely heading the right direction. that simply means that muscular density and power output has increased, body fat and general comp has had to slightly decreased (to keep size and weight fairly close as well) which are all postiives

Pushed myself too hard on Saturday with barbell rows, so now my lower back is a bit too sore. Focused today on my form and went lighter with my squat and SL dead lift. Still got a good leg workout and was sweating the whole time.

Had 4 different guys i know tell me they literally cried during it. Blew my mind.

It was a great movie. It was even more awesome remembering when I first went to the theaters as a kid to see the first x-men super excited to see who Wolverine was going to be! I didn't cry when I went to go see it.. but maybe re-watching it I will LOL

Wow today was great! Super excited that I was able to rep out 185 lbs for 5 without struggling. At the start of this program I was struggling with 175 haha. I knew last weeks PR attempt was failed. I might re-attempt PR next week but maybe I won't just because repping at a higher weight felt awesome.

LOL! that's funny. Check it out ASAP. You will like it. It's up there with Deadpool for me. Not a big deadpool fanboy, but that movie was just great. Logan is like the serious version of deadpool and captured old man logan perfectly.

awesome! i wasnt sure deadpool would be good and when i left the theatre all i could think was "BEST HERO MOVIE EVER"... literally bought the dvd the day it came out and have watched it prob 5 times since ha. Now i'm even more excited to see logan... might just go buy it tonight ha
 
Oh ya Logan was definitely legit lol. I'm a sucker for all super hero stuff though. My buddy who is a big movie critic and huge superhero nerd told me wonder woman was actually really good as well. Might try and get to that this weekend!

something to consider that might help with the lower back, is to do the rows on an incline bench so your chest is supported.

*I am starting to get consistent elbow joint pain from the xgels. I massage them a bit to alleviate but it eventually comes back. It doesn't affect my lifts though
*don't really notice any DOMS. But i do get really sore the next day. My chest is really sore right now.
*strength definitely went up. I notice it a lot in my rowing movements. I can explode harder and faster.

Hahaha DOMS are next day soreness... it's "delayed onset muscle soreness"
 
I always thought it was 2 or more days after. Or at least something that continually went beyond the the first 24hrs. Haha. The more u know.

it can be, but its basically anything other than immediately after the workout. 1-2-3 days, all the same thing, DOMS

Pumps were crazy good today! I am seeing some gains as well. Pretty happy today. Tate press were new to me. Felt weird tried to focus as much but next time i know to start around 20-25lbs
