SFreeds 8 Weeks to the Beach cut

I googled your name rtmilburn and it said: "Please confirm you are of legal age 18 or older before proceeding."
It was a mind altering experience. Then I erased all browser history after watching.
Lol not gonna lie I googled rtmilburn right after you said that. Ironically my nootropimax log is the first thing on Google. Which is R(ish) rated.

WTH?
I put "rtmilburn porn" into google... It worked, LOL

Is anyone else imagining SFreed as he typing out watermelon, saying/thinking it as watermaaaalone??

Also have you tried directly from usplabs website?? They should have it there and if I remember right the price there is about the same as anywhere else

It's not even listed on the website any more.

He's like the German little brother I never had!

We may have the same grandpa if he got to Germany in WW2. Thing is, my Grandmother never told anyone who my grandpa was, seriously.
I think he was either a Russian -or a Murican. :)

Lets hug brother! Put your head under my armpit!

My Dad was in Germany in WW II, so who knows??

Ahhhhhh......hairygrandpa armpit smell. At least you're no longer lactating

Finally got back in the gym today!! Yesterday had just enough time to get the grass mowed, then 1/2 scoop of Radiate and out for a 5 mile jog. Been having a little knee paint, so the pace wasn't quick like normal, but still feels good to get out.

Today was 95% of 10 rep max. Worked until 14:00 and then hit the gym for a fasted workout. Wasn't intentionally fasted, but Radiate combined with being busy at work and just didn't eat anything, which showed in the workout. I normally try to increase reps on the second set, but today it was rough. I was up at 05:00, so that long with no food left me weak. No surprise there.

And weight today was 191! Leaves me 4 weeks to hit 185, which shouldn't be a problem. Will be glad to get rid of this belly fat that I seem to constantly struggle with, if I can do it.
Oh you can do it!

Today was 100% 10 rep max in my HST workout. Warm up is usually 10 minutes on a treadmill, 4x10 body weight squats mixed with 4x10 pushups.

45° Leg Press 430 x 10 430 x 12
Leg curl 185 x 10 185 x 13
Leg Extension (weight per side) 70 x 12 70 x 14
Calf Raise 125 x 11 125 x 13
Seated Cable Press 55 x 10 55 x 13
DB Hex Press 55 x 10 55 x 12
Machine Flies 180 x 10 180 x 11
DB Lateral Raise 35 x 10 35 x 11
T-Bar Row 160 x 10 160 x 12
Cable Upright Rows 165 x 10 165 x 11
DB Shoulder Press 55 x 10 55 x 10
Front DB Raise 35 x 11 35 x 13
Cable Face Pulls 135 x 10 135 x 12
BB Shrug (I actually changed this to a single arm BB Shrug) 125 x 10 125 x 12
Cable Curls (I do these sitting on the floor, with my elbows on a bench) 135 x 10 135 x 11
Hammer Curls 40 x 10 40 x 11
Incline Curls 30 x 11 30 x 13
Overhead Triceps Extension 145 x 10 145 x 12
FireTitan Triceps 50 x 12 50 x 13

Then 30 minutes LISS and 10 minutes in the sauna.

Had two interesting things happen to me today; One of the biggest guys in the gym struck up a conversation with me and complimented me on my form. During our talk he asked me how old I was and was pretty surprised at the answer. Made me feel good about how things are going, and that my work is actually having some decent results. The other thing is that towards the end of my workout, two ladies who work for me showed up and started hanging around me. It became pretty obvious that the only reason they were there was to watch me. Ended up with one of them asking me where I was going when I was done and do you want to go home with us. Knowing that I would probably end up losing my wife and job made it easy to walk away. But still made me feel pretty good about myself.

No pull ups for the challenge today. 100% of 10 rep max was tough enough.

Dumping the two ladies encouraged the big guy, I guess. LOL

Jokes aside, it's always "honey on the soul" if someone mentions your physique -or looks.
It motivates us!

Edit: Hell of a workout, bro!

The downside of having too much crap in my Supps stash is that I tend to lose track of what I have, or don't have. Had to do my workout today with Radiate and High Volume, which honestly is a poor substitute for MaxReps. Which I'm currently out of. But thanks to hairygrandpa, I'll have some more by the end of next week!

Nice workout my HST brother!
Good choice on not living with the chicks. That never turns out good.
If I worked out at your gym I would follow you around.

I always knew behind all that sarcasm there was a smart guy.

No sense in shytting on your life for 30 seconds of fun.

Holy BEAST workout! That would have put me in the emergency room for sure! Respect!

Finally got out of work after 12 hours and hit the gym for some quick cardio. Knee is still being a bytch, so running is out. Keeping with the LISS, which is better than nothing. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes abs, with 66 pull ups thrown in for the challenge that I can never seem to remember to update. Weight was 190, but I can't lose the belly fat. Seems like no matter what, it's still there. Was hoping the Abliderated / SuperNova would help, but so far I'm not noticing much. I'll have to try and up the cardio over the next couple of weeks and see what that does.

And got an email today that the Ebay vendor cancelled my MaxReps order due to being out of stock. Looks like I might be SOL as far as the MaxReps goes. Thinking about posting in the Supplement Auction to see if anybody has any.

Losing fat is a biatch. You always lose it at the wrong places, like legs, back -or elbow or something, I feel you.
Tell me about knee trouble... What you have is probably chickensh1t in comparison to my fugged up knees :) .
"USP labs MaxREPS" ... found it here: Invalid Link Removed , but price is  -and no idea what's the reputation of this site.

SFreed I got some open Max reps that hardened up - should still be good. Dont see myself using it, so if you pm me your addy its yours.

Yesterday was 80% of 5 rep max, 3 sets of each exercise. Nothing major to report, aside from the fact that this round of HST seems to be rougher than previous ones. I'm guessing it has to do with the drop in calories and the 65 to 70 hour work weeks. Today should have been cardio and abs, but after 12 hours at work and a knee that's still giving me fits, I said the h3ll with it and went home.

Dr appointment in the morning to see what the problem with the knee is, then I'll hit the gym in the afternoon and get back on track. Two weeks left and it's one helluva decondition week. Should hit my goal of 185 without much trouble before then. Will probably rebound back up to 195, but whatever.

Hopefully your knee problems resolve, the deconditioning may help with it. I'm interested what the doc will say.

"Nothing major to report except" Your killing it! 3 set HST run is killer.
When you decondtion you can eat a few more cals but keep your protein up.
Suggestion: next time you cut on HST stick with 2 sets of 5-6 reps. (Even if not cutting I will switch up week 5&6 one run at 3 sets and the next run at 2 sets.
If your strength starts to drop go back to 2 sets.

How'd the visit go?

And I just thought of something; If I'm taking anti-inflammatory drugs and cortisone shots, does that mean no more gym pumps?

Meh......Looks like the beginning of Osteoarthritis. Going to a Rheumatologist next week, probably for a cortisone shot under my knee cap. Will probably spend the weekend researching peptides. See if HGP has any of his dog meds left

Man, that does not sound good... peptides and NSAID's better than cortisone for sure. For a short fix, cortisone is ok -but in the long run its detrimental to cartilage AND muscle development. Believe it -or not, weight training is still advised and beneficial with arthritis, managing the pain will be a biatch.

Yeah, that's what the Dr was telling me. Continue the weights, just don't be stupid about it. I have an appt for physical therapy Wednesday to start stretching and shyt (which I hate) and will try and put off the cortisone shot if possible.

And I've been married for 34 years. Pain doesn't scare me!

Which was the other thing he told me. I believe my running days are over, unfortunately. Looks like I'm starting the Studhorse cardio plan. SEX!!!

Today was 85% of 5 rep max day. Started out with 10 minutes in the sauna, some light warmups and right into it. Finished off with 45 minutes of LISS cardio, split up between a few different machines to see which was less aggravating on the knee. Then sat in the sauna for another 10 minutes.

And while at the DR's office I weighed in at 188 pounds in my shorts. Unfortunately, I had to walk past the nurses station in my underwear to do it, but I was ok with it.

I have leg issues that act up quite often...I've found for me personally rowing machines help work up a serious sweat without aggravating my knees...ymmv of course

Good idea!! I honestly never even thought about hoping on a rowing machine, for some reason.

I have severe chronic arthritis in my foot. Sucks. Haven't got a cortisone shot yet but thinking on it. Wife won't let me use peptides again even though she injected me with TB500 when I had shoulder surgery. Recovered quickly and doctor was amazed.
