That is like the worst possible thing for a guy lol. I can barely handle my nuts being flicked.
Dude my nuts always hurt and the size was concerning enough for.my PCP to order an ultrasound but everything is fine. but atleast once a day it feels like someone squeezing on my nuts as hard as they can for like an hour straight. And urinated can bring me to my knees and in tears at times(once like every 2 weeks). My taint will also randomly feels like it's being tased.

Sorry if I not making sense I'm mildy hung over and used weed to over come the hangover(not from alcohol). Hahah

Cardio and abs today at the gym, with some pull ups thrown in for the challenge (which I'm falling behind in). 15 minutes warm up on the treadmill, 30 minute ab circuit followed by 45 minutes LISS. Still haven't weighed myself after killing the weekend, but noticed today that my work pants are looser than before, so maybe it's not as bad as I'm thinking.
 
Today was 85% of 10 rep max HST workout day. Followed by 45 minutes of LISS treadmill fun. Still avoiding the scale, and might just skip the weigh in for this week. Still dosing SuperNova, Abliderated, Super 7, Assassinate, DCP and Radiate.

Tomorrow should be abs and cardio again, but instead I'm gonna spend another 14 hours at work dealing with corporate bull. Thinking I might be ready for a change, except I'm too dam old for a voluntary career change.

Well, my 14 hour day yesterday turned into a 16 hour day. Left work today after only 10 hours and hit the gym for 90% of 10 rep max. Today was rough. Wasn't feeling it, wasn't motivated, but made it through the workout. No pull ups for the challenge either. Wasted workout was how it felt. Got home and decided to go for a walk, which turned into a jog, which became a 5 mile run. Reminded myself that I actually enjoy running. I suck at building muscle. I understand the mechanics and the process, I'm just bad at it. I enjoy running, and I was pretty good at it. I just gotta get my mind right and 70 hour weeks is making that pretty tough.

My weekend to work, so probably won't be on much.

Sorry for the lack of any updates (or workouts), but getting to be an extremely busy time at work. 46 hours in the last 3 days doesn't leave a lot of time for the gym. Another long day tomorrow, but hopefully Tuesday I'll be able to get away with an 8 hour day so I can hit the gym.

Hey man, you gotta do what you gotta do. I know how you feel though. I've been working overtime a lot lately as well. Any chance you could hit the gym for 30 minutes during lunch?

I could probably get away during the week for an hour, but no chance Friday - Monday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday I'm the only MFWIC (MuthaFckr what's in charge) so I can't leave, and Monday is meeting day, so that's out.

I would try to hit the gym then during the week at least. You could always get some pushup bars and keep them with you at work for some body weight exercises. Or one of the pull up bars that are made for multiple things.
 
Finally got back in the gym today!! Yesterday had just enough time to get the grass mowed, then 1/2 scoop of Radiate and out for a 5 mile jog. Been having a little knee paint, so the pace wasn't quick like normal, but still feels good to get out.

Today was 95% of 10 rep max. Worked until 14:00 and then hit the gym for a fasted workout. Wasn't intentionally fasted, but Radiate combined with being busy at work and just didn't eat anything, which showed in the workout. I normally try to increase reps on the second set, but today it was rough. I was up at 05:00, so that long with no food left me weak. No surprise there.

And weight today was 191! Leaves me 4 weeks to hit 185, which shouldn't be a problem. Will be glad to get rid of this belly fat that I seem to constantly struggle with, if I can do it.
 
And I've decided that I really need to run another cycle after vacation in June. I've got a couple bottles of Sup3r Epi Elite, just need to decide what to pair it with.

Ostarine is imo always good to add to a stack when cutting.

Sup3r epi elite - cant go wrong imo whatever you add to it....always comes through for me.....I'm loving it now

Fuking go with some real sht!!! Get some test. If you don't want the needles and vials around then go with some dbol. If you want to stay legal buy from the UK, epistane would stack well imo

SFreed you should pair it with some aas. Maybe dbol, var, Winny or something else. How are you with needles?

No problem for me. My wife on the other hand, would have a huge problem with it.

Today is my closing day at work, so it's a morning gym day for me. Up at 07:00, slathered on some SuperNova, drank a scoop of Radiate and hit the gym for abs and cardio. 15 minutes warm up, 30 minutes ab circuit followed by 45 minutes of LISS. Got 52 pull ups done in-between , then did some decline bench and some seated shoulder press because the Radiate had me in the mood. 10 minutes in the sauna wrapped up the day.
 
I've been having some pain in my right knee, for the last couple of weeks. Nothing serious, and probably like most of you would do, I just ignored it and figured it would get better on its own. Woke up this morning to a knee that was significantly swollen and sore, and got progressively worse as the day went on. It's swollen in the area above the knee cap on the right side. No idea what happened, and I don't remember doing anything to hurt it. Will be calling the Dr tomorrow and try to get in to see him. Hope it isn't anything serious.

And while we're on the subject of my old man pains, pretty sure I've got the beginnings of arthritis in the knuckles on my left hand. Grip strength has dropped quite a bit, to the point where I pretty much have to use a wrist strap on my left hand for shrugs and rows and pull ups.

Still went to the gym today, but stuck with some LISS cardio on the treadmill and about 35 minutes of abs. Then 10 minutes in the sauna and out.
 
Sorry to hear about the knee....
My grip strength started going a while back. At first I thought I had to accept it as part of getting older. Nu uh! I do all kinds of grip stuff regularly. Aint giving up!:)
 
Sorry to hear about the knee issues. You know I have been trucking through knee and hips problems myself. I never did get swelling nor anything I can directly attribute it to. I did stop doing ATG squats and I have noticed improvement. We will see as the strength portion of my leg training progresses. Good luck my friend and I hope everything gets better.

Also have you tried directly from usplabs website?? They should have it there and if I remember right the price there is about the same as anywhere else
