Name and Formula stealing.....

...really bites my ass in the worst possible way. Let's take a product that has nothing at all to do with the Leptin system, steal the name from Avant Labs, and release trash.

We had announced over a year ago that we would be bringing the Leptigen line back again, so I hope they fail soon. Is there no imagination left in the world?

Wow, did you see what they are charging for this POS knockoff? That is outrageous.

I also see that they trademarked the name, those crooks. Reviews on Amazon are terrible, not a surprise. How about calling your release "ProLeptin" or something similar and trademark it! Unfortunately, to the masses, the Leptigen name is now $#!Te.

I signed up for the free trial and was automatically charged $95.50 without warning, and when I called to get my money back just got a round about answer about how well the pills work. They did not do anything for me but make me anxious. I want my money back!!!

Sorry to change the topic of this thread, but I have a question related to name stealing.

I was watching random YouTube fitness videos and I happened to watch one of furious pete's videos, and he has a pre-workout called Goku Gains. Is that technically legal to do?

Would he have needed the permission of whoever handles the rights to Dragonball Z?

He even has a shirt in his merch section with a picture of goku.

You can't see his face and if Goku isn't trademarked it looks GTG. And that PWO is loading with 350mg of caffeine. They might as well jack it up to 500mg of caffeine lol

Wow, you would think that would be heavily trademarked.

He actually filed a trademark application for "Goku Gains" too. It has not been granted yet. It appears that Goku, while registered, isn't registered as a nutritional supplement, so he may actually get it. It's a likelihood of confusion issue/blurring if anything.

The shirt is another story. Probably a copyright issue since it's the same hair, colors, etc.
