And adding Androtest doesnt make it worse :D I have about 5 bottles now...3 in my stash and 2 on the way in the mail

HHaha you psycho! It's six caps a day maybe seven! That equals about 500mg test e a week. Or it should. It's good I used it at a much lower dosage before with great strength increase

Feelin a bit hot now... Maybe go for seven and run it 8-9 weeks. :D

When i woke up 0420 this morning i was paralyzed... God damn i felt that :D

Will update again when i have a few minuts.. We having familiy over this easter
 
So DOMS is settling down :D

Update on dis log... 5 Bottles of AndroTest and 3 Bottles of Nano 1T will be added. Going for mass.. And yes im still a fat bastard! But who gives a shjiat.

Strengt is my main goal now. When im a big enuff boi i will deffo change diet for a more lean approach.

And another thing.. Is there any point of spending time writing all this in here?? Seems that my good buddy Hairy is the only one keeping me company in here.. And he is just waiting for noodz.

Well i feel so motivated and angry in the gym atm.. So its going very well!

Doing a lot rehab warm up before lifting ..And warming up every time! Works very well..

And it works...I was really pumped...Even if i have a great deal of BF...I sure as hell was walking tall when i left the gym!
 
Had a ugly experience today, I felt pain in my neck and forehead, became dizzy and felt the light turned off for a moment, my vision became blurred and thought I had a blood clot. The pain was unbearable

So im thinking i need too keep an eye out for things.

Well it went away some hours later took a few hot baths too calm down a bit and a few pain killers. Slept a couple of hours that helped.

I'm still here. Going to the gym later. But stayed home this weekend
 
First leg day since 2016... Went great.

This is put on hold... I have a funny burning feeling in my ribcage

Jumping into pct .... Guess my body no likey prohormones. But they work strengt is getting sick! And i can benchpress again . Thats normally a no go for me with a wrecked shoulder...

Watch your damn shoulders!!!!
Stop the fugging bench press. It's an overrated exercise -and causes more harm to shoulders than anything. Try DB hex press, pec dec and cable crossovers for chest, also standing landmine presses. Forget what you know for shoulders....
For side delt, do standing DB rises slightly inclined combine the info of both videos:

Your cycle is mild, dude, no reason for panic!
Funny feeling in rip cage = no reason to drop the cycle. If you get very lethargic, high BP (only when really high), anorexic -and/or yellow, call it off.

Well atm i feel like crap.. I dont know if its something else.. But i have enuff to start up again. And i do have enuff to do a second pct. Im not gonna risk my health,. Im giving it to next week. Already set a date.. If its not getting better im gonna drop in at thjje docs... We have cancer in the familiy so its no joke.. It hurts when i breath now, And burns in my chest...

I would work around the problem, by doing the pull up challenge -or else. Could be you have a light tear in your pec, you still have a ton of other muscles to focus on....

I think you are mistaken :D Im not gonna quiet training ffs! :D Im training almost every day now hahaha

Not feeling much better no..Going to the gym yes. Been training legs again and got a good back sesh yesterday. To day is rest day and that most welcome..Had a very busy day at work.

About feeling sh1tty, I would consider a complete lab test, blood and urine.
 
So its been quiet for a while.. Dealing with some pain and lumps in my chest im back.. I did NOT stop traning ...And my strenght is WAY up..

So im gonna take it up a notch.

Starting next week in gonna follow a strict diet.

Morning

Cup of black coffe
Oat with almonds and a few raisins. Or 3/-4 eggs with two slices of bacon

Secound meal will be a shake with oats. And a pieces of fruit..

Lunch will be .. 250-300 grams of lean meat. And 200 grams of veggies. And a cup of rice

Meal 4 a shake after training with a spoon of peanutbutter.

Dinner will be 200-300 grams of lean meat and 200 grams of veggies and aa cup of rice.

Before bed Skyr yogurt and a few almonds.

3 liters water a day plus 1 liter during training.

Supps will be D C Muliti vitamins Fishoil 3-6-9

Clenbutarol

BCAA

PWo.

3-split chest legs back

mon-wen-fri

tues-Thurs cardio 45 - 60 mins

Later will start on 1-ad and 4-ad. Maybe add winny in the pool.

Lets see what this will bring in 12 weeks time.

Hehehe! Yes! Oral Trest = man boobs. TD Trest is just awesome!

When traveling, I can't bring with me test and syringes without having a prescription. I simply use TD trest in a small bottle , disguised as vape liquid.
It's a life saver and perfect test substitute!
Throw 4-ad in the bin, and get some TD trest, if possible. The whole cycle becomes enjoyable, no more lethargy.

Its nice AS FUARK ... Some days when energy is low...Just start an all out war on those stumps !
 
Every Saturday is my arms-only day! Most visible part of the body, need to get hit hard!
