HHaha you psycho! It's six caps a day maybe seven! That equals about 500mg test e a week. Or it should. It's good I used it at a much lower dosage before with great strength increase

Had a ugly experience today, I felt pain in my neck and forehead, became dizzy and felt the light turned off for a moment, my vision became blurred and thought I had a blood clot. The pain was unbearable
So im thinking i need too keep an eye out for things.

Stop the fugging bench press. It's an overrated exercise -and causes more harm to shoulders than anything. Try DB hex press, pec dec and cable crossovers for chest, also standing landmine presses. Forget what you know for shoulders....
For side delt, do standing DB rises slightly inclined combine the info of both videos:

Your cycle is mild, dude, no reason for panic!
Funny feeling in rip cage = no reason to drop the cycle. If you get very lethargic, high BP (only when really high), anorexic -and/or yellow, call it off.

Well atm i feel like crap.. I dont know if its something else.. But i have enuff to start up again. And i do have enuff to do a second pct. Im not gonna risk my health,. Im giving it to next week. Already set a date.. If its not getting better im gonna drop in at thjje docs... We have cancer in the familiy so its no joke.. It hurts when i breath now, And burns in my chest...

There are a few cycles I cut short in the past too, while feeling off -but only when I felt like sh1t. This on -and off hopping can't be good, I tell you that. It's better fighting through at a lower dose -or change compounds.
When going off because of ill feeling, I would not try the same stuff afterwards again.
I would work around the problem, by doing the pull up challenge -or else. Could be you have a light tear in your pec, you still have a ton of other muscles to focus on....It may have been 3 sessions back when doing peck deck i felt a jolt in my chest.. And ofc its not good going on and off. But im taking a week off thats final

Not feeling much better no..Going to the gym yes. Been training legs again and got a good back sesh yesterday. To day is rest day and that most welcome..Had a very busy day at work.

Don't over complicate things, just watch what you eat and be sure every muscle got hit in a week at least once, better twice.
That is all that matters.
IMHO, 4-ad is useless crap. TD trest is what you want as a test base, hands down the best, besides real test.
1-ad is good, considering that it is of low toxicity, remember, it comes always under dosed and costs a lot if you want to get a cycle out of it.
330mg x 8 weeks is the minimum I would do, better 10-12 weeks at 440mg with td trest as a base.
Don't think I'm over complicating things. It's simple food for a training! Trest isn't that man boobs waiting to happen hehehehe.
