SFreeds 8 Weeks to the Beach cut

Ahhhh....a young HGP

Never!

Didn't update yesterday, but it was cardio and abs. 15 minutes warm up, then 45 minutes HIIT, followed by 30 minutes of abs and ended with another 30 minutes of Intervals on the treadmill.

Today was 15 reps 85% of 15 rep max, followed by 30 minutes on the stair stepper and 15 minutes in the sauna for shyts and giggles.

Still dosing Radiate and still enjoying it! Plenty of energy and focus, and the sweat is unreal. Thinking about dropping the DCP though. Following an IF diet means 2 doses on an empty stomach. Even with milk or cottage cheese, it's flat tearing me up. Hoping that it settles down, but I don't think it's gonna. Assainate and Super 7 seem to be doing their job, but again it's only been a week.

Work settling down any?

Fccking again?! Jesus what am I doing wrong?

Lucky bastard lol

You're thinking of someone else! My last vacation was in October. This one is going to be mostly Me time. Headed down to Southern Missouri to do some backpacking on the Ozark Trail for 4 or 5 days. No people and no cell phone service!

Apparently lol.
SFreed normal people can't take vacations every 6 months lol. Well, maybe if I stop buying supps I could. But we all know that will never happen.

That's the main reason I work! And don't forget, not all vacations have to be expensive. This one will cost me a grand total of about $50 in gas. In June my wife and I are taking our entire family (son, daughter in law, their 2 kids, our daughter and her 2 kids) to Florida for a week. That's the expensive one. But I don't plan on having a shyt ton of money when I die, so I'm totally ok with spending it all on fun stuff while I'm able to enjoy it!

Hahaha too true. I just don't ever have the time. Plus, I hardly know anyone down here.

Today was cardio and abs. 15 minutes warm up, 30 minutes of abs and 45 minutes of HIIT. During each "rest" period, I stepped back and did 20 pushups, just for a change of pace. Total pullups today is 38, mixed grips. My weekend to work, so probably no gym until Monday.

Just to clarify... habajaba is the guy that takes a vacation in order to prep for vacation and then follows the vacation up with a vacation in order to recover from the 2 previously stated vacations and then starts the process over because the meer thought of returning to the real world is simply exhausting!!

I did end up making it to the gym Saturday. Had exactly one hour to rock out my 90% of 15 reps max HST workout, so no cardio. Dosed Radiate when I left work and had a nice sweat going on about 20 minutes into my workout. Really enjoying this pre-workout. Weight yesterday was 197, so still creeping down. Gym's closed on Easter, and I typically don't go on Monday. Might have to this week just to get back up on cardio.

Hope everybody has a good Easter!

Happy Easter brother!

Happy Easter to you as well!

Forgot to mention that I've been applying SuperNova in the morning and Abliderated in the evening. I wanna believe that it works, but on the other hand, we all know that you can't spot reduce fat. But I also know that plenty on here speak pretty highly of both. Any thoughts?

And where the heck has mmorso been? Doesn't seem like he's been around for awhile.

Im always watching... in fact, I'm in the camera in your microwave

I'm at my inlaws nursing a hangover and popping Vicodin. Happy Easter!!!

Nothin yet. Its so fccking hot down here I don't know if I'm sweating more yet lol. I think I am though.

I probably won't. I wasn't planning on it.

lol it's fcking unbearably hot in my inlaws house!!!

Idk if you've read about how tren lowers T3.. adding in 25-50mcg will boost gains

Which one is holding my pocket?!

And more exciting news! HIT4ME suggested changing my DCP dose from 2 pills 3 times a day to 3 @ 2 times a day. Solid poops have returned!! Yay!!!
Not sure if it will still work as intended or not

I WILL have a bytch. That is what the fresh fish is for!

Just jumping in on the "spot reduction" thing. When people say "spot reduction" is impossible, what that has historically meant is that it is a MYTH that training an area of your body will cause fat loss in that area. I.e. - sit ups burn fat on your abs, triceps exercises burn fat in your arms, etc. When you burn fat through exercise, you burn fat from a systemic viewpoint - so spot reduction through exercise does not work.

To say you can't reduce fat in a specific area through other means is obviously wrong - think of liposuction. Of course I can spot reduce fat on your abs, I can slice you open and pull the fat out physically and sew you up.

It is a good idea to be skeptical of anything that says you can lose fat by taking it. It is an even better idea to be skeptical of anything that says, "Just rub this on your skin and you will lose fat". And it is a REALLY good idea to be skeptical of anything that says, "Rub this on your problem areas and lose fat." I don't blame anyone here.

On the other hand, there probably are ways to make fat loss more effective IF you can target the fat cells. For instance, Glut4 translocation will help your body utilize glycogen better because it helps transport glycogen from your blood into your cells. Increasing Glut4 expression will get more glycogen into cells, and decreasing it will make it harder to get glycogen into cells. Long story short, increasing glut4 in muscle tissue is good for body composition. Increasing glut4 systemically or specifically in fat tissue can be bad for composition. In reverse - what if you can reduce glut4 in fat tissue without effecting muscle tissue? A localized, non-systemic delivery system that can deliver a chemical directly to fat cells through the skin and thus not effect muscle tissue would be an obvious answer....

Not saying this is how Matt's products work exactly...just giving an illustrative example that shows it isn't as crazy as it seems since I've seen this come up a few times.

Now....easy? No. Does theory always work? No. But the reviews on those products have been pretty good from what I've seen.

I'll show you my log

I knew you'd be RIGHT on this. I wonder if you even work out anything beyond your right arm sometimes? :)

Lol, um, glad it all came out ok!

To be honest, I'm wondering if this may be a better dosing protocol. Taking the DCP around workouts and hitting the PPAR harder at that time may increase its effects more. That capsaicin burn is a huge downside and Matt is working on this I know...
