Aww c'mon man, you already know that it's all worth it! How many guys out there half your age wish they looked as good as you?! That's not even counting all the rest that are older than that. All your hard work has definitely paid off and is still paying off.

I tweaked my shoulder (right delt) about 2 weeks ago, well today I heard a snap like something broke or cracked in it and now it really hurts, I will trest it tomorrow I have Fasted Cardio on the menu and leg the following day, should be fine by Friday !!

That doesn't sound good! Same thing happened to my preacher a few years ago. He just kept pushing through trying to hit it from different angles so as not to aggravate it. Turns out he popped a tendon and over the years, it atrophied pretty bad. Just had surgery on it in February to get it reattached and back together. He's not feeling too well right now. Hope that's not what happened to you! You might want to at least go get it checked out.

Went out to eat with some friends tonight to a new place, great food all locally grown and sourced, I had a Cheese Burger with fresh cheese and sliced avocado, never had this on a burger before but it was very good and peanut butter pie for desert !!

The shoulder is feeling much better today. I am still loving the endurance I am getting from the Epidrone !!

Should is felling much better very little dis-comfort while lifting, I keep things light and took it very slow, I believe the Epidrone has maybe sped up the healing process.

I am not a big fan of Avocado, but is was Very Good and it's a good healthy fat....

Sunday is an off day for me but I did hit a really good Ab workout and 4 hours of Cardio in the form of yard work.

I'm pretty sure it was in OKC a few years back. It was a cool night. Got to have the really good burger and then walking back to the hotel (as the burger place was real close to the hotel) we saw the storm moving in really fast. Just made it to the hotel as it started pouring, then golf ball hail and a tornado.

I had a bicep tear a couple of years ago and am super cautious about curls now. I hope that yours heals up no problem. When mine happened I did a bunch of research and was surprised to find how common that particular injury was. Mine ended up requiring surgery :(.

So True my man! Getting older is such a Joy. once you accept it and listen to your body and realize those days are gone it's really not that bad.

No workout today, I had a fasted blood test at 7am so I sleep in an hour and took a rest day, I did go for about an hour long walk with the grand kids this evening......talk about a workout I enjoyed !!!!

Epidrone is definitely helping to make the weight lose easier and I really appreciate that !! Tomorrow is leg day so I will be up and hard at it at 4:30am !!

I am very happy with the Epidrone, I believe it has allowed me to keep my daily calories low, shed fat without losing muscle. My biggest problem right now is some loose skin in my lower abs, it just does not tighten up like it did in my youn ger years!!!
