Always have to give thanks to the fine reps and companies who support the AM family! I always respect companies who are willing to put their product up for close scrutiny. Especially ones like RXS Supplements who are just starting out but already making big waves! So FireTitan , TheMyth , MonteCedillo much respect!

If you haven't heard of me yet...well, no big deal. I used to be more active around here, got married and a little busier. So I've been much more of a lurker over the past few months but I'm looking to get (mostly) back to my old ways.

So what are we doing here in this here log? I've been on the Weight Drain Train since New Year's. With wedding stuff/honeymoon and the holidays happening, I decided to use those extra calories to chase some gains. Put on a nice bit of mass (10-15lbs?) and increased my deads from 455 to 505 1RM. But that was at the cost of my waistline. My avi shows me at my tightest last year and I'm wanting to get back to that by June 1st. I'm still about 15-20lbs out. I'd really like to lose 8-10lbs over the course of this log. Keeping cals at 2100-2200 with 45C/35P/25F macros. Hitting up weights and cardio M,W,F,S and doing Daily Burn 365 with the wifey on T,Tr.

I'm not going to go into the profile because if something works, it works. I admittedly don't like the prop blend. I understand why companies use them to protect their properties. I have multiple other products in my cabinet that have blends and they work. So I'm not going to judge a product on that. Props for disclosing the amount of caffeine but the rest looks a bit kitchen sink-ish to me. Elsewhere on these boards on of the reps gave a nice breakdown and explained how you can extrapolate the amounts of things with a bit of math. I'm not one to do that because again, if something works, it works.


Anyhow, the scoop is darn nigh perfect size. Normally I just throw a scoop of pre in my mouth without caring much about the flavor. Larger scoops obviously aren't as good for that. This morning I did mix Radiate up in 10oz of water and sip it thoughtfully while reflecting on the flavor. I gotta say, this is some tasty stuff! Tasty enough that I'll sip it again! The closest thing I can think to compare is Tang. This is a clean orange flavor with no extra sweetness or bitter aftertaste. I like it, I like it a lot! There was a bit of extra "sand" in the bottom of the glass, but a little water and a swish took care of that.

Taste--5/5, Mixability-4.5/5

Let's look at this morning's workout, but first a quick explanation. I do mostly supersets with 20-30 seconds of rest between those supersets. Any other rest just comes from getting into position between sets or moving weights around.

I was initially surprised at how little warmth I felt while working out. The energy was very subtle but focused. I left the house about 30 minutes after drinking Radiate, but it seems like it took a little extra inner motivation to step out of the truck and into the gym. Once in there, I was able to stick to the task and hand, but never really got into beast mode. I'm going to blame that on Monday morning. I was also surprised at how long it took me to get a sweat going. It didn't seem to really start dripping until 10 minutes into the cardio. Definitely effective, but I'm still on the fence as to whether this will get a place in my "go-to" rotation. Good thing we're just getting started!

Greatly appreciate the thorough log, can't wait to see how this treats you! Couple of things to try next serving:

1) Shake up the container really well, I have forgotten to do that a few times and it has made a difference. The powder is so finely blended that some ingredients will settle easily, especially through shipping.

2) Try shot gunning a serving to see if that hits you differently, maybe your body just prefers that because it's used to it ;-)

3) If all else fails, try 1.5 scoops, there are a few rare ones that need to do that amount, which is why there are 45 scoops in Radiate actually, we wanted to make sure that even the most hardcore crackheads got at least a 30 day supply. Though it may only be 1 in 20, we decided to take the loss in profits by making it 45, so for those that do 1/2-1 scoop they will have 45-90 days worth :)

Looking forward to more updates brotha!! Btw, who are you?

Who am I? I'm a former fat kid lifting hard and keeping the snacky-cake cravings at bay! Well, most of the time keeping them at bay...

I've been lifting and living the fitness lifestyle for about 7 years now. Dropped somewhere around 120lbs over the course of that and now I like to help others when they're interested in bettering themselves physically. I used to rep here and bb.com but backed away from that a few months ago. But enough about me. This log is about Radiate and losing weight!

I probably should shake up the tub every morning. This morning I did shotgun the scoop. A bit of a waste because Radiate does taste so good. I didn't notice a difference in effects. Still focused with subtle, get-it-done energy. I was a sweaty mess at the end of our Daily Burn sesh this morning. Wanted to get a picture but the red shirt I was wearing just didn't reflect how disgusting I was :p

I've given my wife 1/2 scoop twice and she's noticed both an increase in heat and focus both those times! I believe she likes it better than her normal pre. She reported no crash yesterday afternoon. For that matter, I didn't notice one either!


I'll go for 1.5 scoops later in the log!

jalfrey are you by any chance a stim whore? I ask simply because you may have almost become "immune" to many of the compounds generally used in stim products

I've been called many things, my friend. But never a stim whore! More of a stim bitch...I do like them, I do use them, but I generally keep it to less than 300mg of caffeine pwo and less than 500mg for the day. That includes coffee and tea.

I'm wondering if I don't respond very well to DMHA. The only other product I've had with it is PNI's reformulation of Prodigy. I was a beta-tester for it and they were quite surprised that I wasn't bouncing off the walls with it. But give me some good ol' DMAA and I'm in the zone!

Lol you are a true stim whore if you can't feel anything at 1 scoop. I can't even imagine what 1.5 scoops would feel like and I coformulated Radiate with the TheMyth. He is a different breed I tell you.

The Alpha y dose alone would have me sweating my balls off and freezing at the same time. The euphoria would be trippy too I'd imagine.

HAHA, it's from all those years of ECA, then ECY, then NYC (Lipokinetix), then DMAA, then AMP Citrate... maybe it's time for a break... or not, I can't give up my Radiate!

It was rough. I've never tried the rear-facing presses before. Pretty humbling to use 15lb weights but definitely hit my rear delts in a new way!

Raise the incline bench as high as it will go. Straddle it like a dirty boy, and then press the weight up.

Thanks! I do these on the Hammer strength Behind the neck press. I just face the bench back when I do them. they don't hurt my bad shoulder when I do them that way.

Sweaty pic post-Daily Burn this morning. Gave the wife a full scoop this morning and I believe RXS has found a new customer! Even on a 1/2 scoop she says she can tell a difference in focus and sweat. A full scoop really was the sweet spot for her!

Went a few hundred calories over last night. Steak, potatoes, and beer. But I woke up 3lbs down from Monday. Sometimes I just think I know how this cutting thing works...
