Invictus, Virtus and VII-KT 8 Week Run

All I need is one of those Iron Legions or Alpha Gainz shirts to represent correctly. Help me out reps. Im running 8 weeks of this unsponsored.
 
Ive had a super busy weekend and super busy Monday as they recovered my stolen car. going to hit the gym tonight after 4 days off. I definitely feel rested and ready to get back in. I have right at 6 weeks to shed this last 5lbs or so. Ive heard that libido and aggression on this Iron Legions stack is great. Well for me I didnt notice to much in that department till this week. Aggression and strength are off the charts. My temper is a tad short fused and Ive always had high libido, but can tell its even higher. Im glad I decided to do an week run, because I feel this is just kicking in full force for me. Going to hit the gym for arms and abs tonight. Going to throw some more fasted cardio in this week. Going to crank it up and see where I end up in 6 weeks. Diet is 750 cal deficit and might drop lower here in a few weeks.

The aggression hit me right off the bat, I had to really watch it, and about 3 weeks in the Virtus killed my libido. but I have naturally low estrogen even for 53. Had to change my dosing to .5 EOD.

Glad they found your car. was it in ok condition? did they catch the thugs?
 
It took till week 4 for me to get the boost in libido and aggression. Ive noticed my temper being a little short and increase in libido. I think my estrogen is going down as my joints seem to be a tad drier and I'm looking a tad more leaner and harder. No way to confirm for sure thou.

They did catch the thugs that stole the car and he has a ton of felony charges. Car was in good shape and only need minor repair. All in all made out pretty well considering.
 
Made it to the gym last night. I got a great arm workout in. The few days I took of did my body good. I looked jacked in the gym. Arms had a killer pump. Headed in tonight to do cardio tonight. I'm changing my workout routine to 1 day lifting, 1 day cardio. Ive got to burn off this last few pounds my body is trying to hold on to. Im going to have this off before Cancun one way or another.

Today I will be starting my second Iron Legions stack. Im running the same 3 compounds and going to throw Eradicate-E in on the last 4 weeks. I ran nolvadren XT which had androst in it and it did a great job of leaning me up so Im going to throw it in on top of this stack. Shouldn't have any problems with estrogen going to low knowing that androst is not a good estrogen blocker. So time to kill it for 5 1/2 weeks till I ride off in the sunset to a cold drink in my hand.

Hit the gym tonight on a mission. Hit cardio and more hit cardio. My order from Nutraverse came in and had a sample or two of Ol bloodshred raw. Hammered down a shaker full, threw a hoodie on and cardio time. I hit a tad over 7 miles, burned a tad over 760 calories and was sweating like a whore in church. Had a killer workout. Going to stay with lifting one day and cardio the next till I'm happy with bf%.

Awesome Cardio! I like your Weight lifting one day and Cardio the next day.. If you find your self weak or sluggish, increase your Macros.. I follow the same Plan 10 days out of each Month to burn fat and Shock the body.. Great Work Brother!!
 
Invalid Link RemovedWell cardio last night with the bloodshred raw did the trick. Jumped on the scale this morning and I'm officially in the 210lb range now. Leanest I have ever been and have lost 29-30lbs on this cut so far. Still have 5lbs or so to go I think. Going to hit chest tonight in the gym. Looking for high reps, and very little rest between sets. I start my next 4 weeks of Iron Legions stack today. Should be a fun ride now that it's fully kicked in.
 
Made it to the gym tonight. Didn't have a whole lot of time because my wife had an early case. Decided to crank out some more cardio. Threw on a compression shirt and hoodie and hammered down. 5 min warm up on the treadmill and hit cardio was on. Hit 6 miles in an hour and burned a tad over 600 calories. I've hit 13 miles of hit cardio in the last 2 days and burned up 1300-1400 calories. I have 5 weeks left for cancun so time to crank up the intensity.

Once I get back I'm jumping over to the dark side thanks to one of my supporters. Thanks a million brother. Definitely looking forward to one hell of a ride.

So I've killed it on cardio the last 2 days. Weight is dropping off nicely. I started my second 4 weeks of my Iron Legions stack yesterday night. I noticed the virtus is a couple of Shades lighter color than the first. All the rest seem the same. This new stack seems to absorb a tad quicker. It's definitely kicked in full force. I have no doubt it's helping me lean up and drop weight. Libido is off the charts. Aggression is on point and definitely have an alpha mentality in the gym. Can't wait to see how these last 4 weeks treat me. Well as promised here is some updated noodz.

Hitting the gym tonight. Going to be chest and give my legs a day off from cardio. Going to go kill it and hopefully gain a cup size or some more striations in my chest.
 
Brother the way your training it want be long, and I can't wait until you go to the Dark side..
Thanks brother. I plan on it when I get back from cancun. Going to take a month to get bloods drawn and my calorie intake bumped back up and then blast off for 16 week run. Should be a fun ride.
 
Hit the gym tonight and it was a ghost town. Awesome. I love when there is no one in there as I can just go get to work. I had a killer chest workout. High reps and high volume tonight. Chest is on fire right now. Might try to hit some fasted cardio in the am if I decide not to sleep in. If I do I'll be back in the gym in the evening for back day. Back is one of my favorite day's. I love going super heavy and just killing it. Off to slam a protein shake and throw on my Iron Legions. Ab city is on the way now.
 
Well no fasted cardio this am as I decided to sleep in. Body needed some rest. Hit the gym this evening and had a killer back workout. Gym was a ghost town again. I absolutely killed the back workout tonight. I felt super strong and was really vascular today for some reason.

Workout highlights. Deadlifting I hit 455 for 5 reps at the end and hit 575 on rack pulls for 3. Did really heavy work tonight and feel like a beast. It's cheat night for me, so off to have a big ass steak and a cold beer. Tomorrow is cardio day. I'm looking to get at least 8 miles of hit cardio tomorrow.

Just got back from Bentonville butcher. I ate a 28oz porterhouse, baked potato salad, green beans and 4 Michelob Ultra beers. Had some pecan pie al-amode for dessert. Still feel like I could hammer down another steak. Cardio day tomorrow. Hell yeah

Made it to the gym for some hit cardio. Was on a bit of a time crunch as the Arkansas Game is coming on. Cranked out almost 5.25 miles of hit cardio and burned almost 800cal in an hour. Not to bad a cardio session. Invalid Link Removed

Thanks brother. They way I do my hit cardio is 5 mins of warm up and walk at 4.2 pace for 2 mins and all out sprint on 10 for 1 min and back to 2min walking to let my heart rate come back down.
 
Going to hit the gym tonight for shoulders. Might decide to hammer out some cardio as well. If I don't hit cardio tonight I will be doing fasted cardio in the morning.

That's a Smart Move on the Eradicate-E on the last 4 weeks.. Eradicate-E is a Great Product!

Shins were a tad sore from Sundays hit cardio session, but I hammered out another decent hit cardio session. Did 1 hour of hit cardio. Almost 5.5 miles and burned a tad over 800 cals. Going to lift tomorrow to let legs rest as I've hammered them the last 2 days.

Thanks brother. Trying to put in some decent work these last 4 1/2 weeks and see where I end up. I'm definitely still leaning up quite a bit. Legs are for sure feeling the last 2 days of cardio this morning.
 
Hitting the gym tonight for some shoulders and maybe abs. Ive laid off abs for almost a week as I have been concentrating on hit cardio to try and burn these last few pounds off. Im sitting right at 209lbs this morning. I think Ill end up right about 205 or so. Im starting to see some small definition in my lower abs and have some veins starting to show on my lower stomach. I need to shed another 4-5lbs to make them show. Diet is on point and 750cal under maintenance. Im still staying with 1 day lifting and 1 day hit cardio. I will post updated noodz Friday am.
