Wanted let you know my 16yr old daughter just finish 8 weeks.
She put on 4lbs. Eats a high protein diet and more junk than she should but she's just 16.
She gained 30lb on her squat, 40 lb on her deads, and 12lb on her bench.
She improved her slap time from home plate to Firstbase from 2.75 to 2.71. Sec.
Pretty impressive for a girl that is 5ft tall and now 125lb. She has also gained more power when hitting straight up at the plate.
Thanks again for another great product.
I'm looking at hitting another 8 weeks my self. I prefer to cycle all my supplements.

4lbs doesnt seem like alot but shes 125lbs! Its alot for someone that size.
Plus the performance enhancement.
Good stuff. Really happy to hear that together with her hard work she was able to make such great gains.
 
How would cardarine stack alongside fd2? Anyone have any experience with cardarine?

Haven't ran them together but seems like it would be a nice leaning/recomp stack. No issues combining the two for sure.

Was just about to pull the plug on a 99% purity liquid cardarine with coa and then stumbled across a few threads here showing big doses causes cancer in mice, although someone else stated that it protected against cancer at small doses.

Got to watch the Mice testing stuff. I remember back in college a test on saccharine. it showed it caused cancer in mice. the amount they gave them was equal to a 200lb human consuming a 55Gal drum in 2 weeks. That would probably cause something not good! lol
 
Yeah I think the mice in the cardarine tests were given 65mg a day for 24 months, the recommended human dose is approx 20mg for 8-12 weeks

Theoldguy actually did some calculations, and what is believed to be the potentially hazardous dose is not that far off from a 20mg per day dose for humans. Aside from that, it will only improve your endurance to burn more calories. It does not have any fat burning properties of its own right. Many people (including myself) find that the side effects outweigh the potential benefits.

Thats why I don't touch any of this stuff.
 
I heard it's awesome for endurance and that's where I fail to the point that when I tire quickly I just give up cardio. Thus would keep me going to enable me to burn more through cardio itself as I know cardarine does not have any fat burning properties, don't wanna hijack the FD2 thread so may take this elsewhere and get more info

I will say...it did give me insane cardio endurance at just 10 mg/day. Problem was that the rest of the day...I felt like sh1t. I was never able to tolerate it for more than 3 or 4 days in a row. Yet another product that now just sits in my cabinet. I am sure you probably know that Super-Shred is supposed to be the healthy/safe replacement for it..

Well Fd2 won hands down so now i just finished reading this thread and sucked up all the discussions and knowledge. Im on week 5 of my 8 week ABE run now so im gonna be ordering my FD2 soon. Ill start with 2 bottles and then see how it goes from there. Looking forward to it!

Hard to say for me cause I started stacking a bunch of stuff after th 1rst week but ive been loosing fat and gaining muscle and strength at the same time. Its kinda like getting mild noob gains all over again
 
Personally it seems to be the ultimate recomp supp. I've run it at slightly above maintenance cals and lost fat while gaining strength.

seems to good to be true... I am currently cutting until end of April but would like to do a 6-7 month bulk? anyway I can get a sponsored log?

Note: some people get hypo taking these on an empty stomach (If training fasted) brundel suggests sipping on gatorade or something with carbs if this happens.
My daughter had no side effects at all. It gave me the runs the first 3 days, I had no hypo but I usually eat a cup of oatmeal 2hrs before I train and sip on intras when I workout.

cuz right now I am following the lean gains. I lift at 4am and then drink BCAA's till 11:30a (break my fast) and eat till 7:30p

On my original run I followed basically your eating protocol. So I starting squeezing a smal piece of fruit into my intra and it cured any hypo issues. Some people split the dose. I would try 2 pwo to see how your body reacts and go from there

Been reading on this forum for 3 hours now. Sold. Getting 3 bottles for my cut. Was wondering what added laxogenin would do? 200mg of redcon1 halo. Ideas? Thanks brundel for great sh1t. I've ran EC and love it I can only imagine this product. Sorry im so late trying it lol

Never ran a laxogenin with FD2 (I ran it solo to see what it would do), don't see why you couldn't. I use a now discontinued TD laxogenin 12 weeks on 8 weeks off. it kind of a staple for me. I only have 2 cans of this certain brand left since the discontinued it. Boo.
 
Do you guys cycle off it or run it year round? Finishing up my third bottle soon. I think I will take one month off and then start another run, or should I take more time off?

I cycle all my supplements. this is just me. some will take FD2 year round.

How did it work for you? never done 12 weeks only 8.
 
Been on a diet (about 500 calories below maintenance). It's helped me maintain (and in some lifts, increase) strength while losing some weight.
 
That's what I love about Fd.2. You can actually eat a bit more and still lose some weight.

Also being on a deficit, won't hinder your lifts in terms of weight. I can push the same weight when on deficit.

I always run it for 12-16 weeks.

Might have to try the 16 weeks. Most of my workouts last 8 weeks and then a week off. I'm old. lol

Hypo=hypoglycemia. (low blood sugar)
Ecklonia cava increases GLUT 4 which shuttles glucose into the muscles. This in turn reduces blood sugar levels.
Fantastic effect as it keeps muscle full and strong but it can leave you feeling lethargic and even dizzy (for some people). Some people can get away with 0 issues.
Some people need carbs with it, some dont so just try it and see how you feel and adjust from there.
I have to eat with my dose or I crash while training. So I eat with 2 caps before the gym and I sip on waxy maize and BCAAs while training.

Some people also experience mild gastro issues for the first few days. This is (I think) the absorption package clearing out your GI tract.
For sure this is beneficial you just have to wait it out and stay hydrated. Some people dont have this experience at all.

That's one reason why I love Fd. You can run it long enough for change of workouts. Change up diet and workout every 8 weeks and FD.2 will work with it. Definitely need to try it.

Try caffeine pills if you got em, if that doesnt wortk try coffee and if neither works id look into a PW, theres like a trillion out there and you just gotta think hard which one has what you might need. Also try to plan your biggest carb meal at 11am. Post workout+IF hormones+2 FD2.0 pills taken not that long ago = CARB SHUTTLING SON! Use it!
 
Additionally, if you choose to adopt a more "traditional" diet, my FAVORITE way of using follidrone is taking 1 cap before breakfast (7am), 1 cap before lunch (12pm) and 2 caps before my heavy carb+protein shake at around 6pm, after which I go train at around 7:30-8pm. You get that extra UMPH from having JUST shuttled all those carbs straight into your muscles. The pumps are just great :D
