Invictus, Virtus and VII-KT 8 Week Run

The train has officially left the station as of last night. I had a great chest and ab workout last night. My Iron Legions stack showed up yesterday as well, so after my workout and shower, I put on the first dose.

So here's how it went on. After my shower and dried off, I applied. 5ml of the Vll-KT to the tops of both feet. I used a rubber glove and applied alittle at a time while rubbing it in. The invictus and virtus got applied to both inner biceps in the same way. The virtus and invictus dried quickly, while the Vll-KT is more oily and took about 15-20mins to fully dry. The smell is OK as far as I'm concerned. My wife wasn't super fond of it, but definitely didn't kick me out of bed for it. I put this on around 10pm last night and again first thing this morning around 7am. I did apply some lotion on the application sites and hour or so after the application as I'd heard it helps absorption percentage. Pretty easy to apply and the dropper is well marked and easy to use. The consistency of the products are about the same as water, with the exception of the Vll-KT being a tad thicker. So I apply slowly and rub in as I'm going to make sure I don't have waste.

I'll post a starting noodz in the am. Not much different than the last but a tad leaner and I'm 216lbs this am on the scale. I'll also post last nights chest and ab workout here in a bit. Shoulders tonight.

Oh I put it on very little bit at a time and rub it in so I don't lose a drop. I also apply lotion to the application sites and hour after to help with absorption. I want maximum benefit and effect.
 
Woke up this morning and when rolling out of bed I had an instant reminder of what day last night was. Back Day. While most people probably took there lady out to dinner. Being the romantic kinda guy I am, I took her to the gym to kill my back workout. I have to give her some serious credit thou, she is a rock star, as she goes to the gym with me a lot and trains along with me.

All in all I had a great back workout. Went home and finished up my cardio with the wifey and crashed out. Good news is my Iron Legions Stack is being delivered today, so shyt just got real. Time to crank it up for 8 weeks and see what I can make happen. Diet is still on point besides waking up at 3am last night feeling like a poster child for feed the hungry children. I grabbed a piece of dark chocolate and some cottage cheese and back to bed. Ill post a noodz of my starting point as Im going to start this stack in the am. 8 week train pulling out of the station in the morning.

Well I was referring more to the late night cardio with the wifey after the gym. Thats the kind I enjoy. The other regular cardio is just like you said.

Got you! thats funny because my wife and I workout at the same time and I tell her I'm not doing cardio at the gym tonight I think I'm going to do it at home!
Just like to make sure I get my cardio in!
 
When everyone asks me how I lost weight, I tell them I showed my wife an article that the more sex you have, the more weight you lose. Since then, the pounds have been flying off.
 
Its been a busy day at work so Ill have to post last nights chest and ab workout and tonights shoulder workout later or in the am. Ill also post a noodz of my starting point and update the noodz once or twice a week so you guys can see if Im slacking. I cant wait till this stack kicks in full force. Im ready for the ride.
 
Well I hit shoulders and abs last night. Had a pretty good work out. I couldn't go very heavy on overhead press as 20 years of turning wrenches has taken a toll on my shoulders somewhat.

I'm on the 4th application of my Iron Legions stack. I've had no problems with the application and like the other times, invictus and virtus are going on my inner biceps and Vll-KT on the tops of my feet. I haven't noticed any effects yet, besides maybe a very slight increase in aggression, but I didn't expect any till 4-5 days in or so.

Here is a few noodz of my starting point on this stack. I'm starting to get pretty lean up top, just holding some fat in the lower belly. Love handles are slowly disappearing and top abs are starting to show. Any estimates on my bf %?

Starting weight on cut was 238-239lbs
Weight as of these pics 216lbs

the lower belly fat is the last to leave! cant give you any advice on losing the lower belly fat I still have mine.

Here is Wednesday Chest workout. I tried to concentrate on the negatives in the bench as it seems to help my small chest grow some more.

Going to put the hammer down full throttle and see where I end up. I'm really wanting to finish this cut lean, so when I get back from Cancun I get step over to the dark side. I'm not really liking feeling so small.

Oh I plan on getting lean before I start another bulk. I told myself I wouldn't bulk again till all my abs are in. I'm going to keep cutting till they see sunshine and go on a clean bulk. I will then look at running my first true cycle to put on some hard lean mass.

Friday was off day at the gym. Today is leg day, so I'll be off to the gym to kill it. Just applied my virtus and invictus along with Vll-KT. Going to get some pre-workout carbs in and go squat till I need a wheelchair to leave the gym. I'll post the workout later.

Just got back from the gym. Had a great workout and felt super strong. It's been awhile since I felt that strong on legs. Weight didn't seem heavy till I hit 385 on back squat for 4 reps. It might have been the carbs I had last night or maybe the stack is kicking in a bit. Either way, I'll take it.

Decided to go to Walmart straight after the gym. Needless to say, the stares from other people let me know I'm on the right track.

Going to grill a ribeye and I'll try to get workout numbers up.
 
What do you guys think about adding follidrone 2.0 to this cut. I'm right about 8 weeks out from vacation and making decent progress. I'm taking ignit3 with (bronkaid) for a modified ec stack. Is this worth throwing into my last 8 weeks on this cut? Looking to finish strong.

Yeah this is probably about right. I'd lean more towards the 25 end though but as with anyone its impossible to really tell (and kind of pointless)
cwages the reason its pointless to guess at bf% is simply that different people hold fat very different. For example, your legs are very lean and have decent definition even though your upper body clearly has a good bit of bf... take that vs me, where im about 10-12%bf, have full abs up top, but despite having legs I cant fit into normal jeans, have horrible leg definition. So take any guess with a grain of salt and just go for the look you want is my best advice!

Can't go wrong with FD2. IMO Bulk / Recomp or Cut.
 
I haven't had time to post workouts, but I have been busting my ass in the gym. Trying to get this bodyfat stripped off and some body recomp done.

I hit cardio and abs tonight. I don't know whether it's the stack or something else but endurance was killer tonight. 3.75 miles of hit cardio in 30 mins. I'm definitely liking that. Killed some abs as well. Had a kick ass workout the last few days.

Strength and endurance are definitely up the last few days.
 
I'm definitely looking more vascular in my arms and legs. Legs are pretty lean and arms are right behind them. Legs look like a road map with all the veins coming out. All the heavy work on the calves is paying off. They are starting to look good.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the support. Thursday marks the one week point on the iron legions stack, so Friday am will be noodz day. Busting my ass to make sure I don't disappoint. I'm not letting up and cranking this up. Starting next week, I might even throw in some fasted cardio a few mornings a week.

You get out what you put in, so going to kill it.
 
Well Im almost done with my bottle of Ignit3. Looked around and just decided to give Ignit3 another 4 week run. Bottle is ordered and should be here in a few days. Now all I need is one of those AlphaGainz Tank tops to show where all the progress is coming from. I had a guy in the gym ask me last night what I was taking because I was so vascular. I told him I was on the Iron legions stack and to take a look at it. Ill find out tonight if he got it ordered. He was super interested in it.

I'm using 1ml of the Vll-KT a day as well as the virtus and invictus. I'm applying
.5ml twice a day.

Oh my bad. I think in one of your posts there was a period that I thought was ending the sentence but was actually the period in .5 ml.

Great progress so far. The synergy between all three products is killer.

Thanks man I appreciate it. I have 8 weeks left till kill it before vacation. Off to the gym to hit chest and try to go up a cup size or 2
