Curious to know everyone's results on a full ARA cycle. Chime in!

I have heard the best results is with 1,5 gram for 50 straight days. This means that you have to have 3 bottles.

Havent tried it my self, I did only on workout days, And I saw amazing results. I would run this more tjen once in a year og it wasent for the inflam. :-(

I saw results at the pump, hard muscles during the days I trained. veins I was most fascinated by, most of the shoulders and a tiny bit of breast, wings and sides of the abdomen.

And if you're the type who loves pump. then you have come to the right place. :-)

The lean mass I startes notich like in 3 weeks.

If it wasent for the inflammatory issue I have in my both forearms. I would run this more then once in a year.

I had the forearms issue a long time ago, but came back because of the ARA. But it wasent befalte like 37 days in. I dident stop using it. I hold out!

My sciatica has been much better since I've stopped using this. Did this aggravate anyone else's sciatica?

I've done both (ran ArA a whole bunch of times before the new dosing protocol came out). I honestly can't tell a difference but I go with workout days since the science behind it is solid.

I hav a slight herniated disk which starts acting up after 6-8 weeks usually. It's not debilitation though so I just finish the cycle.
 
Can I take ARA with just 81mg aspirin if I don't have GMS on hand? Also can I take it with a black coffee fasted in the AM before a workout?
 
Says in the guide to take with aspirin. Was wondering if I could do so without GMS

I really need to update OP to reflect some new thinking/additions, and yea you can go without them, but they are very useful.

Baby aspirin is cheap, and so is PA, so I would encourage their use alongside ARA
 
Aspirin is the **** with x gels. I bought like 400 a few years ago and am still working through those bottles lol. So cheap.

HOWEVER, today I forgot to take them after my warm-up sets and took them like an hour into my workout. Is that okay, or should next time I just not take it at all?

Also, food choices. I know that I should take any kind of high omega-3's 4+ hours from ArA, but what about eggs? Can I have a bunch of eggs pre-workout or must eggs be 4+ hours away too?

How about any of these ingredients:
flax or sunflower oil
peanut butter
whole grains
whole milk or almond milk
any kind of dairy? ice cream or cheese?

Sorry I missed this some how.

I sometimes forgot to take it and just take it post workout. It's not optimal, but it still works.

Eggs actually have ArA in them so no issue there.

Flax/sunflower oil probably should be dosed away. Same with peanut butter.

GMS (or soy lecithin) is an emulsifier.
Aspirin (or carnitine salt) is to limit conversion of ArA to thromboxanes, leaving more to be converted to prostaglandins.

So it's not a good replacement for GMS since, as Woody stated, they serve two different purposes. It stacks fine with ArA, and it's not like you *need* to also use an emulsifier, but it does't replace the GMS. I'd recommend using soy lecithin or Tr1umph over GMS though since you get phosphatidic acid out of it too (as well as a host of other compounds with Tr1umph).

Tr1umph is def. the way to go. I've been seeing more and more people stack X gels with it which I am loving.
 
Was wondering if the dosage should be higher since training frequency is low

You could do 2g, but IMO 1.5 is enough. You could add in one dosage at 1g on ONE rest day, just to make it 4x per week dosing

You can def stack it, I've done it and loved it

Xgels + agmatine alone is awesome

Start with 1 scoop .. increase to 1.5 maybe after a week .. tub will last u longer too but I've done a full serving with 1.5g xgels and it was intense .. I cut back to 1scoop

X gels + agmatine give retarded pumps! Love that stack. Sometimes it's actually too much lol

I also get a strange warm tingling sensation after taking ABE. Anyone with any similar issues. I hate to break apart the stack because I feel there will be some great results but I am concerned.

What if I workout 2x in the same day? Can I use ArA on both workouts? It's not something that happens often, though

I have never come across this problem. You could split up the dose. Honestly, I don't think it will matter how you dose.
 
I suppose. I don't think most people are to that level of it being worthwhile. If you have the time though, go for it.

Its not a matter of suppose or not, its fact. But yes, for 99% of us, its not worth it to do 2 a day training.

Yes, I believe you on it being a fact. The suppose was more of if that's a reason to do it in the first place, I suppose it is. If that makes sense.

Well yes. Mostly though it is cardio based and then weights. Or running drills and then weights in those situations.

Like I said, if you have the time, go for lifting twice a day. The average lifter will not be benefiting much from it rather than just going a little longer in the first session and squeezing another body part or two in.

It'd take me nearly 2 extra hours to go lift two seperate times a day, instead of just doing it all in one go.

When I hear someone say they lift twice a day, I see the skinny kid at the gym who spends hours there but doesn't eat or sleep. The biggest guys I know lift the least out of anyone else. But, when they do, they do it right so they don't need to be there multiple hours a day.

Well, assumptions and stereotypes can be said for a lot of things. I don't think it hurts to be open minded and see two-a-days as a tool that can be used during certain times.
 
Can an antihistamine be taken while taking ara?

Just from a quick google it seems that antihistamines can have anti inflammatory effects so probably shouldn't dose them together but hopefully someone else can chime in.
