It's roughly twice as expensive as soy, but if you prefer sunflower, it looks good to me.

Part of the muscle fullness is increased glycogen storage. That is my understanding. I feel more pumped throughout the day

That would be great. But Would glycogen storage be a timed thing? Like I see the fullness after supplementing with PA after 3-4 weeks.

I noticed a difference within the week. By Thursday I felt almost gym pumped all day. Maybe makes it more efficient? I am not 100% on the MOA
 
You do take it pre-workout, so maybe that is where timing comes into play. Maybe lets everything be a little more efficient

Also, like Ryan, I noticed the "fullness" within a week when I first started taking it, and I've noticed it happen that quickly as well when I've re-started after taking time off using PA, (which I did just to see what effects I'd notice by stopping).

I honestly can't remember lol I think it was on ncbi or something. The research was on PA activating mTOR

No research could change the way it effects me so I really don't care what I read about it lol

EPIQ clears out their expiring stock running BOGOs and has been doing so since early this summer. The batch that was on sale in June expires in September, July BOGO expires in October, so I imagine this batch will be expiring in December.
 
So it has taken me a couple of weeks but i finally read thru this whole thread. Really interesting to see the rise and decline of PA interest on the forum. Im on my second week of 15g Fearn now. It will be fun to see what results it might bring me.

Has there been a decline? I'd say that a lot of us here just use it regularly to the point where it's not really discussed all that much anymore. At this point, it's in the same category for me as creatine and betaine; I just take it daily and don't even think about it.

Yeah it's definitely clear that most of you have made it a staple and therefore the excitement isn't as profound as when this thread started. And because of that the thread slowed down. But at 98 pages the thread shows how passionate people are when they first discover PA. That's where I'm now, so it was really cool to read and share in the discovery and trials of all PA supps and Soy granules brands.

It made it easy for me to order the right product and starting off with the right dosages. I also made sure to start a log to document what kind of results I got.
 
PA, similar to ArA and whatnot has been discussed to death. What's left to say? It works for most people and it's inexpensive.
 
so yal are all just runing 2 tablespoons or granules before workouts thats it?

The study dosed 750mg. Depending on the % variability, 2Tbs could have 600-1200mg. Most that use Granules, take 3Tbs to play it safe. OL Triumph label states ~915mg, so I end up just doing 2Tbs of Granules on non-resistance training days.
 
The_Old_Guy is, as usual, spot on.

One serving of Tr1umph has you covered and then some. I recommend taking it every day for best results. I have played with adding 1 tablespoon of granules, but didn't notice any dramatic effects. I find that 900mg-1g is my sweet spot.
 
I need to understand... Does Sunflower lecithin PA helps in muscle growth or muscle recovery? Does it benefits cyclist for endurance?
 
No extra gains at 750mg, a recent independent study says (see Suppversity)

:( so another study saying something like this. Fortunately, soy lecithin has some other beneficial effects and it explains why I had no success with "pure" PA supps
