Order Issues

Still have not received Order #4069, it has been in a Pre-Shipment state since 12/20 according to tracking.
 
Bumping this again, the new tracking number sent out on 01/04 for order #4069 is still in pre-shipment, any idea when this is going to finally get shipped?

I dropped this off personally, since I only had 10 orders that day. I'll go by the post office and raise some hell.

Holidays are over and there is no excuse for this.
 
Matt, thanks for the update.

Have you looked into using UPS or FedEx as an alternative shipping option? I know personally I would mind paying extra to use one of those guys over the USPS.

The UPS rep is supposed to come by one day this week to discuss rates. The sticking point is orders under 3lbs, which are at least twice the price.
 
Just a bit of a heads up on packaging. I ordered and received 2 bottles of supernova and 4 Java leathers. I found that both bottles of supernova leaked a bit, even though they are shrink wrapped in plastic, and ended up saturating the Java lather wrappers. This could be easily avoided by placing the supernova bottles in an appropriately sized Ziploc bag, to prevent any leakage from contaminating the other package contents.

totally my fault. I tried to order the 2 gallon bucket and they sent me the wrong thing.

I called the paint supply company by the warehouse and they have what I need for you. It'll go out tomorrow.

Everyone else is probably reading this and thinking, "2 gallon bucket, wtf did he order?"
