Order Issues

Order #3319. Messaged Matt on FB the other day but didn't get a response.. I know he has a lot going on but just wondering if my order will be sent out again since USPS decided to send my order back. Thanks

For orders placed around the end of June, for DCP, the post office lost a while crapload of shipments. Some of them showed up at the customer, without any kind of tracking updates or anything. The rest appear to be a loss that I'm going to have to eat (close to $6000).. The DCP should be restocked within the next 2 weeks or so. I apologize again for this huge debacle. Because of the post office, the BRITE softgels have been scrapped until further notice, likely zero chance before January.

Order 3138, at this point i will just wait for the DCP but would like confirmation of what is happening.

Chased up royal mail and parcel force, neither has the package, looking like this orders got lost.
How long is it till you can claim on the postage insurance Matt ?
Want to order again but with dhl or ups but a bit unsure of putting another £150 into the pot.

Can anyone tell me how successful the shipping is to the UK? Just ordered yesterday, so hoping to see it in 6-10days. But my last supp order was seized at customs cause of protein! Hoping these supps won't get swiped :/
 
i'm in uk,Fingers crossed, I got the most expensive shipping option which was priority mail express and tracking never got updated once it was in Chicago on the 20th last month, still not received and should of been here last week.
Due to usps being rubbish it may still be there, they may of forgot to scan it, basicly it could be anywhere but not here.

Protein is a strange case, due to paranoia over kreutzfeldt-Jakob (mad cow) and the ridiculous certifications they need to register.

Everything else hasn't been much of a problem.

Insurance claims take 6 weeks.

I'll go ahead and resend. This is absurd.
 
Just got a customs surcharge leaflet from royal mail, £13.61.
So I take it this is my goods although bugger me its 11.55am and the collection office shuts at 12pm lol
Open tomorrow so i'll know for sure but on all accounts this looks like its my ki.

I would order from shopify again but not till there is another delivery option that isn't usps cos they suck at updating.
 
I should have the DHL option finalized this week.
 
Well. i'm going to have alittle cry and a laugh as I got my goods, my mood shot through the roof, got home opened package and my heart sank, no KI, just 2 tubs of whats in the picture. ( eviscerate )
So that was a anticlimax !
Who packaged these Matt, I'm a long way away tobe sending wrong items too.

Just handling a tub, felt as if maybe there was a tub inside a tub as something wasn't right, so I opened 1, no tub inside a tub , just massive boulders of a putty type rock shape and feel. lol crazy stuff.


So we are going to need to deal with asap please as I really want my Ki.
I'd be really greatfull if these could be shipped out on Monday if possible

I'm currently stacking the following so these are no good tome for at least another 2 month due to increased bp ect.

If I do indeed have Ki I've got no way of knowing how much to use, theres no powder to fill the scoop up with as its took on some moisture, it will crumble ok ish, do I just crumble it into a scoop and off I go ?

Can you email the picture to me? I packed your order personally since it was express shipping, but yeah we're now up to 4 dessicant packs to keep it a powder.

Should be decently easy to break of a chunk, chop it up with a credit card, and measure it with the scoop.

I know Predator just received KI stock, so even if I have to resend it would come from there.

As for the clumping, that's just the ingredients, its still more than usable , just doesn't look as it should when you open a tub and think F me.

Your order is one of the orders that was lost by the post office, even though I always pay special attention to international orders. They have no explanation and claim that they won't do anything about it.

I can give you 1.5x store credit or a refund, but everything except for the AMMO is sold out.

Let me reissue the shipment. I'll be heading into the warehouse here in a few to put in a Saturday, so as long as I get it to the PO by 2:00 it will go out today.
 
If you could do the store credit that would be awesome! Do i need to make an account for that and then post my username here?

No issue just yet!! But has any of the UK guys had tracking update "held in Customs"...I gave Parcelforce a quick call and the guy said no charges have been applied (yet) it's probably just processing. Anyone else go to this point and been charged?

I had a package say delivered, yet I never received it! My first Package arrived destroyed.

Out of the 3 Orders, 1 was fine. Dsade dosent believe me on the not received package thats says delivered so thats down the ****ter. I was told the destoyed one would be replaced but no luck yet? The one i did recieve i got customs charges for.

Yet when I order from Nutra & Nutri I have zero issues. Putting me off now.

I mean if the tracking says delivered, it's logical to assume the product has been delivered. The shipping company has proof of delivery where as you have none. Look at it from an objective perspective before you go blasting people. Matt busts his balls for the customer.
If it's lost during shipping or destroyed, that's not his fault. He doesn't hand deliver or train pigeons for delivery.

Further, customs are a part of the game. If you don't want to pay customs charges then don't order internationally ?

Get off your high horse, Cant really say I was blasting i was stating fact. Did I say Dsade was a dick or anything, I said he didn't believe me and thats and yes it says delivered so I cant do anything about it. Im allowed to be frustrated, I've spend something around $400 and revieved 3 products, 2 Super nova and 1 bmp!

Its easy to say dont order internationaly, Its 2-3 times as much in the uk and most products arent available. Why shouldent i Order and expect the products????

As per his FB he is relocating or something and may not have internet and was busy wed thursday friday. Hopefully he gets your orders out of monday as well as my long awaited order :-)
 
I will be getting my order tomorrow after paying the customs charges this morning!! Looking forward to adding supernova and gut health to my daily supps!

A bit of both, but I'm working my way up the email list. Generally you'll just get a new tracking number from me and a response via PM instead of a post in this thread.
 
Shipping wasn't as quick as usual but i received my order earlier this week, now just waiting for the DCP. Appreciate the email communication and looking forward to trying the new product once i finish an older AbAb
