On thing I am disappointed in you SFreed you have mentioned guns, shooting things, going to the gun range, nothing. Youre not as merican as I thought!!!!

I'll blame it on Christmas. Baby Jesus doesn't like loud noises. But we had fat girls, so it hasn't been a total waste of time.

No, I've got 8 weeks coming. If I go ahead and start Monday like I had planned, I won't have the 19 for probably 2 weeks. So I'd have to end it when I stop the other Andros after only taking it for 6 weeks

Might just stash it. I always have a stash of free stuff or really good deals.

SFreed run the cycle 10wks... just start the 19nor when you get it and continue after the andros run out.. at that point, if you feel lethargy and don't want to buy anymore epiandro, just start PCT. If you feel good, just continue the 19. 10wks really isn't a long cycle by any means

This is interesting and for some reason I hadn't thought of it. I'll have enough Epi to run the full 10 weeks, but probably won't have enough Sup3r DHEA. Any issues with that?

This is interesting and for some reason I hadn't thought of it. I'll have enough Epi to run the full 10 weeks, but probably won't have enough Sup3r DHEA. Any issues with that?

No issues with not having DHEA... epi will be enough of a base so ya won't have lethargy

I've been following an IF diet for the last 12 months or so, and have no plans to change it. Food intake will be the same thing I've eaten every day for about that same time frame, a mixture of chicken, brown rice and a few black beans with jalapenos, raw broccoli w/humus and maybe a couple of protein shakes. I'll be shooting for a gallon of water daily, which I usually put a couple scoops of bcaa's in with. Funny how tough it can be to drink that much water, but 8 beers and 4 shots goes down like a fat kid on a see saw.

This week I'll be working 04:15 to 15:00, so workout will commence around 15:30 and will be my 75% of 15 rep max for the following; Cable Fly, Flat DB Bench Press, Single DB Row, Close Grip Lat Pull, Upright Cable Row, Seated DB Shoulder Press, Seated Shrugs, V-Squat, Iso Leg Curl, Single DB Preacher Curl, Hammer Curl, DB Kickback, Seated Triceps Extension. This would typically take me a little over an hour, but I would imagine tomorrow it will take a couple of hours.

I'm waiting on the Sup3r 19 to arrive and if it gets here within a couple of weeks I'll add it in and run a total of 10 weeks. First 2 without the 19 and the last 2 without the Sup3r 1. If it doesn't arrive in time I'll probably just hang onto it for the next time (assuming there will be a next time).

I think that's about it, except for the starting noodz. Maybe I'll post them up tomorrow, or maybe not. We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow.

It's a good thing for me though. Not having the pressure of being likable works better for me haha.

Finally got out of work and made it to the gym. Cardio was in the form of walking to the gym from 3 blocks away, due to a bunch of "New Year, New Me" yahoos. Not sure if it was due to decondition or what, but this workout really killed me.. H3ll, I didn't even make 3 x 15 on every workout.

Dude, those first few 15 rep workouts always CRUSH me. Always drain me and leave me huffing. You have to remember that beyond the deconditioning period, you had 4 weeks in the 5-10 rep range. It could be well over a month between 15 rep sessions.

Dig deep. Push harder. Show us what you got bro!

Dude, those first few 15 rep workouts always CRUSH me. Always drain me and leave me huffing. You have to remember that beyond the deconditioning period, you had 4 weeks in the 5-10 rep range. It could be well over a month between 15 rep sessions.

He is following an HST setup which gets a lot of love around here lately and for good reason I think.

In a nutshell, you spend 2 weeks working out at 15 reps, 2 weeks at 10 and 2 weeks at 5 reps...Increasing weights accordingly. After that there may be some work with negatives or drops, but you always end with a deconditioning phase between 1-2 weeks long.
