Today was 3 sets 80% 15 rep max, same exercises as before. Took a shot of Max Reps, a jug of bcaa's and hit the gym. Wasn't as crowded this afternoon and workout was a little easier. Still sucked balls, but at least I hit 3x15 on everything this time. Still dosing the 1 at 330 and the epi at 500. Haven't had any issues with anything, so I'll probably jump the Sup3r Epi up to 750 next week. If the Sup3r 19 shows up within the first couple of weeks, I'll throw it in too. If not I'll just hang onto it.

And maybe a stupid question, but what's the consensus on alcohol while doing this? Not talking about getting totally shytfaced, but my Wife and some friends want to hit the Mexican restaurant, and I'm not sure I can say no to at least one margarita. I realize it's not the best idea, but would it be the end of the world?

And it's been 3 days and I'm still smaller than @<u><a href="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/member.php?u=240038" target="_blank">smith_69</a></u>. I might have got a bad batch or something

The secret is that you have to WILL growth:

Step 1. Draw larger traps on pictures of yourself and put them on your night stand, so that larger traps are the first and last thing you see each day.

Step 2. Get a dictaphone and record "grow b1tch grow... come in traps" on a loop and listen to this tape each time you are performing Shrugs.

Step 3. Follow normal diet, training, recovery protocols. I hope this helps

Yes sir. I enjoy the program, but to be honest I don't know if I'll continue it past this 8 weeks. The decondition week is what I'm having the most issues with.

not bad once you get into the habit. I didn't like it at first.

This is probably the biggest problem. Seems like I keep forgetting to until I'm dressed.

Plus it seems to take a long time, once I start rubbing myself it's tough to stop.

LOL! just remember: Shower, Dry-off, RUB on TD's and then rub what ever else.

In a nut shell.
Week 1-2 , 1-2 warm up sets. 1/2 the weight 1/2 the reps. then 1 set 15 reps.
75%,80%,85%,90%,95%,100%

Week 3-4 same warm-up, 2 sets 10 reps.
75%,80%,85%,90%,95%,100%

Week 5-6 Same warm-up, 2 or 3 sets 5 reps (if the joints can handle 5 rep weight) for us old Farts with past or current injuries like me I don't drop below 6 reps, usually try for 8 reps.
75%,80%,85%,90%,95%,100%

Week 7 Negatives 2 sets (Dont forget the warm up)
Increase weight each workout

Week 8 Dropsets 1set x 5-8 weight drops
 
No, I've got them from the first time, I'm just an idiot. Don't know where I got the idea it was 3 sets.

You just like a challenge I think. 3 sets of 15...I would rather run 5 miles.

Cardio and abs tonight, and thankfully the gym was surprisingly not packed, until about 17:00 when everybody and their brother showed up. Fortunately I was headed out at that point.

Achilles tendon is getting better as long as I don't push it. We had a light snow last night and I'd love to hit the woods for a trail run, but I know that would be a mistake. Tried some squats yesterday, but could feel it tightening well before getting parallel, so figured I'd better stop before I make it worse. Anybody know of an oral supp that would help with tendons? I've read about the BPC stuff, but pinning probably would be an issue with my wife.
 
BPC pinning wouldn't be bad, just an insulin needle. Why would that be an issue? Just tell her it's not much different from the heroin...


Glad I'm sick, no gym, no "New Years Resolutioners" to deal with. Do you think it's going to be safe by Monday?

Doubtful. Best bet is if you can pick the time you go. I know it typically last 3 - 5 weeks around me. Unless you wear an athletic supporter on the outside of your shorts. That would probably get you some room. That and no pants squats were my go-to

Ran it for 8 weeks. Great for recomp. Generaly people are staying the same weight while leaning out.
If you're gonna try it you gotta watch for 2 things: if you take 2 pwo as recommended it can cause a real drop in blood sugar unless you take with some kind of carbs.
Also it gives a very minute percentage of people joint issues.

Other than that it's a natty supp that really works

Don't take chances with the Achilles old man! Move on to something that doesn't affect it.

I talked to the owner of my gym and 35 new sign ups. Not too bad if I wait till 6:00pm. By time I'm warmed up 1/2 of them are gone. Did notice a little new eye candy.

Hope you start feeling better brother. My wife is sick now as well as my oldest daughter and granddaughter.

No pants squats. At your age your balls will touch the floor! Lol

I got the runs the first 3 days., never got the hypo that some reported, I always eat a cup of oatmeal 2 hrs before I workout though. I had no joint issues.
 
I have been getting the shyts even when I take M-test with food. I am really hoping that will pass....haha

Same except I'm keto so I can take a ton of pwo with zero issue.

Picking up a couple of bottles today for the stash while the price is as good as it gets.. my daughter has almost drained a bottle and she is loving it.

85% of 15 rep max day. Had a good workout and threw some more on after the fact. Kneeling landmines, face pulls and some T-bar rows. Exercises are the same, so probably only post them once a week. Got the day off tomorrow (first in about 13 days) and will probably swing by the gym after my haircut. Still no issues with any part of the stack, so I'll probably up the Sup3r Epi to 750 on Monday. Also haven't had any stimmed pwo yet, so will probably try that on Monday as well.

Gonna pop some Dream N Grow tonight and try to sleep for 8 hours. Hope it works out!

Interested how the pwo will work for you - I stayed off stimms more or less for the whole run, but I guess everyone is affected differently by the stack

I stayed off this week to see if there would be any issues, and haven't experienced any. Blood Pressure has been steady, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I've been needing to take a stim break, so maybe now's a good time for it.
 
Dream N Grow is my go to for a Good Night rest..

It was my first try with a sleep aid other than melatonin or 5-HTP. Usually limit it to only a couple times a week, and then only when I can get at least 7 hours of sleep. Love it so far
