Today was 3 sets 80% 15 rep max, same exercises as before. Took a shot of Max Reps, a jug of bcaa's and hit the gym. Wasn't as crowded this afternoon and workout was a little easier. Still sucked balls, but at least I hit 3x15 on everything this time. Still dosing the 1 at 330 and the epi at 500. Haven't had any issues with anything, so I'll probably jump the Sup3r Epi up to 750 next week. If the Sup3r 19 shows up within the first couple of weeks, I'll throw it in too. If not I'll just hang onto it.
And maybe a stupid question, but what's the consensus on alcohol while doing this? Not talking about getting totally shytfaced, but my Wife and some friends want to hit the Mexican restaurant, and I'm not sure I can say no to at least one margarita. I realize it's not the best idea, but would it be the end of the world?
And it's been 3 days and I'm still smaller than @<u><a href="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/member.php?u=240038" target="_blank">smith_69</a></u>. I might have got a bad batch or something
