Sorry about the lack of update yesterday. It was a busy day at work and we celebrated my youngest son's b-day. He turned 7. Yesterday was legs. It will be a lazy update because I don't have the time to type out everything. It was almost the same except I upped my reps on the first run of leg extensions. I also got 195 for 6 on front squats. I am almost comfortable enough to struggle with good form on higher weights. Monday was a good day

Alright gentlemen. It was a weird day. I had today off from work. I made it in this morning. I somehow fcked up my shoulder on freaking shoulder playing Just Dance with my oldest son...(don't judge me...LOL). So, it still feels uncomfortable. Hoping tomorrow will be better for chest.
Today was legs.
Leg extensions: 150x12, 180x12, 195x12. 2 second peak contraction hold each rep.
Front squats: couldn't use my regular rack because some @sshole was busy doing rack pulls and taking 10 minutes rest between sets. I don't like this one because I have a long walk out and I don't keep hitting the barbell on the cross bar. 135x7, 155x7, 175x7, 195x4. I didn't want to get caught in a spot trying to walk with something that heavy by grinding more reps. 135x7 with a 2 second pause at the bottom of each rep. 135x6 with a 4 second negative each rep.
Single leg press: 2 ppsx12, +25 each side by 12, 3 ppsx12, 4 ppsx10, 2 ppsx20 with a 4 second negative each rep.
Single leg extensions: 75x12, 90x12, 60x12 with toes turned inward for this set. Each set had 2 second peak contraction hold each rep.
Finished with 5 sets of calf raises with 5 second negatives and ab work. Really good session even though my knee continues to feel like it may explode at any time.
Chest this morning. Shoulder is still wonkey, but oddly enough, didn't effect my day for the most part.
Incline barbell press: 180x6+2, 185x5+2, 145x7 with a 2 second pause at the bottom of each rep, 145x5 with a 4 second negative each rep.
Reverse grip bench press: 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x4, 155x7 with a 2 second pause at the bottom of each rep, 155x6 with a 4 second negative each rep.
Dips: 3 sets 10, 10, 8. Each rep with a 2 second pause at the bottom.
Cable crossovers 4 sets from various angles.
Pretty good session. Still no DOMS to really speak of even though every week I am pushing more. Very happy with this product.
