Putting RPG to the test

Much appreciated! Can't wait to see how this treats you! I am always on the lookout for a good, new PWO to try out (since you are also taking it pre and not just intra)

And as others already stated, pretty sick delts and traps peaks. I am super envious :D

FWIW, the RPG pairs well with the RagNOrok (Invalid Link Removed) PWO and Cordygen (Invalid Link Removed), too, for that matter. I personally do the RagNOrok and Cordygen PWO and RPG intra/post. But I'm not nearly as beastly as Ryan. So maybe I'll learn a thing or two in here :).

bighulksmash we gotta just derail this thread and make it a hockey discussion thread... we can also talk about porn stashes too... but apparently we can't talk about TD tren cause our thread will get closed like blueline438

I don't even know who started this thread I thought this was a thread specifically devoted to hockey so get all the hockey fans in here.

Haven't tried it yet. The good times start Monday. Although I did get a logging opportunity for M-Test. So I will be expecting big things for the stache. Maybe even a cheek whisker or 2

First training entry. I would like to take the time to comment, first, on the fact that this mixes almost 100%. I don't think there was really any sediment on the bottom. Second, the taste is pretty good. I have the Warrior Melon and I used about 25 oz of water for the intra portion. 16 oz for the pre. Really good. Not too sweet, refreshing, and just the slightest hint of BCAA taste. Really good job covering up an ingredient that is hard to mask.

I will try to get up a pic this evening because I also received several other goodies in addition to my tub. I used one of them this morning, which I will comment on noticed effects at the end.

Actual training portion: I received some advice about doing leg extensions before all my other exercises. It came up because of severe hip and knee pain on my right side that I have been going through since April, May. So I tried it out and I think I will keep it up. The pain is still present, but was a bit easier to manage doing it like this. I trained for about 45-50 minutes this morning.

Leg extensions: 165x12, 180x10, 195x10. Every rep on every set had a 2 second pause at the bottom and a 2 second negative every rep

Front squats: 135x7, 155x7, 175x7, 195x5. Haven't been able to front squat that weight in a long time. 40lbs from my best at those reps, but I will take it for now!
135x7 with a 2 second pause at the bottom each rep.
115x7 with a 5 second negative each rep. Trying some really slow reps to increase leg size.

Single leg press: 2 pps x12, +25 lbs each side x12, 3 pps x12, 2 pps x17 with a 5 second negative every rep

Leg extensions: 165x12, 165x10, 150x12 all sets with 3 second pause at the top every rep and a controlled negative

5 sets of leg press calf raises

Overall, I am trying to build up my intensity. This was a solid session. Felt good throughout. No hunger when fasted or anything. I think I am going to enjoy this product!

Forget to mention that I tried one of the powdered nano samples. Pina colada. Pretty decent, but not really my thing. Mixed well. I know it was the only use so far and really wasn't expecting much, but I was breathing better. It was less of a struggle to get air in. It felt like my body was using oxygen slightly more efficiently. Very nice.

Love hearing this! That's precisely what I've seen with Cordygen and why I love recommending it to people. After a couple months, it's 100% staple status for me now. Continues to be effective!

Also forgot to post training and diet. Training is split as Monday quad dominant, Tuesday chest, Wednesday back, Thursday hamstring, Friday shoulders and tris. Generally, I work on strength my first exercise or two and more reps oriented with my other exercises. Chest I generally focus on my upper chest, back I pick 2 horizontal and 2 vertical movements with facepulls mixed in normally. Hamstrings I am still working on since I am not doing deadlifts at the moment. Shoulders is normally a pressing movement and then isolation stuff. You'll see as I go along

Did you notice you have a little more left in the energy tank sipping this intra workout?
This is what I have noticed the most so far.

I definitely could've kept going. I was done in by time constraints

It's your friend til the end

Second day training with RPG. DOMS in my legs has been non-existent thus far. I was really expecting them to be hurting after yesterday. So the recovery aspect is already noticed. I trained chest today

Dumbbell incline press: 75x8, 80x6, 85x6, 90x3....the first time I have ever tried the 90s! I still had 1-2 in the tank! Finished with a drop set of 75x7, 60x5, 45x5

Reverse grip bench: nothing special on these today. A little less weight because of elbow issue 135x6, 155x6, 175x6

Finished with an incline flye, incline dumbbell close-grip bench and dip tri-set. Did 3 sets. Overall a pretty decent day. The 90s had me pumped...haha I did weigh in at 193, which disappointed me and made me happy at the same time. Hope you fckers are having a good day!

What is DOMS? Never had it................................................................................................Lol

I'll tell you what. I've been on prescription NSAIDs for a while now. And I never get sore unless I have an INSANE session and then it's just minor soreness...

I let my prescription run out and keep missing the open hours at the pharmacy so I've been without it for 2 days. Holy aches and pains! Feels like my wrist is going to explode and I had a hard time walking on the one foot this morning when I got out of bed. :)

I can't even remember the last time I was actually sore from working out.

I don't think that is a good thing.

No. No it is not. I think the core issue relates to my low T. Hoping the TRT reduces inflammation and then I can get off the scripts. It is however, nice to stop taking something and realize it's actually doing something. At least I know I still need it. For now.

Sorry to be getting to this so late. Very busy day at work. Back today. Still no DOMS in my legs nor in my chest. So that is beautiful!

Meadows rows: needed an alternative to barbell rows, I have decided to implement these again for a bit. Started with 3 25s for 8, +5 for 8, +5 more for a rest pause set of 6+3

Behind the neck pull ups: pull up power sucked today. Real bad. Normally with an added 15 pounds I get about 5-6. Trying to reach 8 so I can add more weight. 3! Normally I rest pause my sets to accumulate reps, but just didn't feel them today. Got in 20 reps total maybe. Wasn't even worth tracking...haha

Supported row: 45x10, +25x10, 2 45s x 8. Each rep with a 2-3 second peak contraction hold

I don't know what to call it. Some kind of straight arm pulldown, but I am bent over at the waist and used a rope. 3 sets

4 sets of face pulls

Pull ups disappointed me, but it was alright for maybe 40 minutes

No gym this morning. I worked from 8 in the morning to about 10:45 at night. By the time I got home, it was almost midnight. My back and shoulders were very sore because the last 5 hours of my day was spent carrying 70-100 pounds of work related items at a fast pace. I took a serving of RPG before bed and I will be damned if my back and shoulders felt great this morning. And this was after piss-poor sleep. So I am very impressed and I see why smith_69 loves this stuff.
