Best Natural Strengh Supplements

I am also going to suggest some staple supplements that were suggested in here. The three that come to mind are:

PowerMax XT
Ergonine
Tr1umph

All three are similar, but do contain some different ingredients that do not only increase strength, but also can improve boy composition and recovery. Recovery better is a key to optimal performance, which will in return, increase strength. Creatine may also be good for nutrient partioning

First, all three have some form of creatine. We all know the benefits of creatine so I'm not going to get into that.

All three contain a 2.5 gram dose of TMG. Betaine is a added for its ability to enhance power, endurance, as well as protein synthesis. It may also alleviate muscle soreness and support creatine production in the body. Also, TMG can aid in improving body composition.

At the end of the six weeks the bodybuilders who had taken betaine had lost a couple of percent fat mass. On top of that, the betaine supplementation also resulted in a significant increase in lean body mass. The scans that the researchers did showed that the bodybuilders in the betaine group had also gained more muscle in their arms.

A quarter of an hour after the workout, the concentration of cortisol in the subjects' blood was a little lower when they had taken betaine than when they took the placebo, the researchers discovered.

They all contain L-Alanyl L-Glutamine to increase recovery. By adding l-alanyl, it helps the glutamine bypass the stomach, so it is better absorbed than regular glutamine.

Tr1umph contains PA which has been brought up extensively in this thread, so the strength aspects of that have been spoken about.

Tr1umph and Ergonine both contain LCLT which is great for recovery. I take two grams of bulk LCLT everyday and my recovery improved than when I was not using it.

PowerMax XT contains both COP and Amento. Creatinol-O-Phosphate (COP). COP prevents the pH level in skeletal muscle from bottoming out and thereby creating an acidic environment, which is felt as a “burning sensation.” Offsetting this drop in pH enables working muscles to keep firing long after they normally would. This could help keep your strength up during a set, by allowing you to prolong that set. Amento can lead better performance during training, think strength and endurance.

All three do contain other, vauleable ingredients, but I think those are the ingredients, in each product that would benefit you and increasing strength. I know that is a lot of information and it may e difficult to choose one. Essentially, it comes down to this, price and what you're looking for.

If you want to try PA to see how you respond before buying Tr1umph, you could buy some in bulk, and give it a go with either PowerMax XT or Ergonine. If you like how PA treats you, then go with Tr1umph in the future. You also need to keep in mind that people enjoy certain ingredients over others. For example, some people do not think amento does anything for them, but they like LCLT. Perhaps even buy some of the ingredients above, in bulk, and see how they treat you and then you could start purchasing one of these ergogenic aids.
 
I like pa in conjunction with protein when I don't consume high levels of protein pa really helps me stay anabolic. I also like buffered glutamine or sustamine both are good for muscle soreness. Arginine silicate I personally use with glutathione and my pumps are are not only awesome but extended for a good 3 hours after consuming it. For energy I like pqq and b vitamins like in the monster drinks .
 
Creatine and anabeta work for me. I also have some prewrkout but somtimes make me horny before workout. Maybe because of nitric oxide?

Could be vasodilation.
Could be something in the pre effecting hormones.
Could be psychosomatic.

Either way doesnt sound like a bad thing ;)
