Nice workout.
Watch those oblique exercises. I had to move up to set of 25. They made my love handles look bigger. That was me.

From the S-Drol? Yes. Did 4 sets of pull ups at 10 reps. Normally it goes like: 10/8/7/7.

Jeez, will go easy on them, making the tire look pumped is terrible! LOL
 
Stair climbers help lose the love handles. Assuming the old legs can handle it. I can't do elliptical I get lower back spasms about 2 hrs afters, not good for me.
Dam wife will get on there for like an hour during the day on off days.

Any cardio would be good.... but I hate cardio, I really do!

Awesome lifting! I'd drop the oblique work. It really adds to the spare tire area.

Yes, I noticed too.
Strength -or endurance is going up (can do more reps, even at the end of an exercise), like today's chin ups: 14/11/10/10 rp4 rp3 -but somehow I get exhausted after about 40 min, before that I could go for about 80 minutes with sharp declining rep numbers, like chins: 10/8/7/7/6

Weird. IMHO it has to do with the S-drol.
By the way, I get the feeling that pulsing is better than a "normal" cycle. Even though I feel it later, I have almost no sides.

You can work hard or you can work long, but you cannot do both!

The SDrol is probably making you more aggressive and more able to push harder...but that burns energy fast.

You are right, because when I add the total weight moved, I get similar numbers, meaning I'm pushing harder now.

Anyway, I see little positive physique changes, like getting more vascular. Even though I'm at about 500-800kcal surplus, I did not gain fat -but I'm up 2.5 pounds in one week, thinking that's a good sign!

But I know it's all fat. You are getting fat again.

I'm glad the pulsing is working for you. It use to be really popular. Long as s runs and less sides. Maybe people just want fast gains?
Way I see it your going to lift for life so wouldn't pulsing be the way to go? Plus you get to have that on cycle feeling longer for the gym.
But what the hell do I know.

Yesterday I was drinking with friends until 7 am. Today I went to the gym. Needless to say, it was almost impossible to lift anything. The worst workout in years, LOL.

Despite the messy workout, Superdrol is happening, veins are popping out:

After seeing FireTitan repping away 200lbs on cable push downs, I gave it a try.
Couldn't do it, weight moved about 3 inches. Could do 4 reps with 155lbs -while rocking back and forth like Mick Jagger.

200lbs is INSANE -or I'm a puzzyman.

A little of both? FireTitan is a monster and I don't think he realizes his own strength. He was prepping squats and dreads with like 225 and I questioned him about it and he just jumped to 275 and did 15 reps and that was easy so he just went to 300. Like no big deal. He is a good guy to be chasing...but he just isn't normal.

This is one of these ideas that will either go REALLY well or REALLY badly.

Aliens fly 1000 light years through space and find out planet...before landing they fine pie floating in space...

Scenario A - the famished aliens eat the pie and think, this is delicious. I really MUST get the recipe. The ultimate peace offering to a vastly superior race. We make friends.

Scenario B - the pie is destroyed in transit and the famished aliens find it, think for a moment, "Yum! Pie!" And then realize it is destroyed and have their hopes dashed...becoming very hungry. In response, they wipe us out. Nice job.

Could be but also keep in mind if you are not on the same machine you can't compare strength. We have a couple of the cable stations that are even attached in our gym. On a few of them, (the ones that are part of the cable crossover set up) I can do the whole stack at 200. However the ones specifically made for triceps the pulley ratios are different. On that one I can only get up to 150-160 for a few reps. So the only way to actually compare strength is to make sure you have the same pulley ratios or same machine to use.

That could explain it. We do not have any machine exclusively for triceps, all are crossovers and end at 100lbs (110lbs if you put the auxiliary weights on top).
So I went to the life fitness rowing machine, that goes to about 220lbs -and stood legs spread over the bench.

Anyway, kudos to FireTitan , I'm happy he is that strong, because as soon as my house burns, he has to carry me out, LOL!

Right, It's him! I always knew the job as Fireman was his smoke screen, muhahaha!
 
The "Friday night till Saturday morning drink festival " killed me for good. Skipped my Monday workout, because felt still like sh1t.
Used the Monday off for a quick cleanse with veggie soup and a lot of water -and sleep.
Today I'm ready to roll.

Short update on my chondroitin injections:
It's week 4 on dog meds. The loading phase is almost over. I'm supplementing now with a high dose chondrotin/glucosamine+msm orally, while still injecting twice weekly.
In the past oral chondro/glucsm. did not had any effect. Hopefully the front loading injections change this.

Overall, knees feel better but on rainy days they still hurt. The upside is : I now can predict the weather.
