The scale at the gy must be broken. 184 wtf.These are all valid points from both ends. I dropped yet another pound to 192 and I take in over 3600 cals a day. But I think in general it's allowing me to put on steady weight. This time a month, month and a half ago I was 187, 186 by mid-week

Been doing IIFYM for the past few months now. Back when I used to row for my college I had to eat upwards of 6k cal just to maintain weight
I'm quite happy with mine actually, they seem to be worth a pretty penny haha. I'm about to go down a large burger, some large fries and a dank ass chocolate milkshake. Totaling almost 2k cal....SHARE YOUR INNARDS WITH ME

Every. damn. day. I started doing IF because a) Im usually in meetings at lunchtime so it helps there but mostly b) At only 1800 cals, thats not a lot of food and I have a bottomless pit of a stomach so I eat all my cals in one giant 2hr ish meal each evening and relax.
A typical meal for me would be:
2lb of chicken tenderloins
~1lb of a homemade veggie stew i make thats mostly celery and other low cals veggies with a ton of spices and diet soda+vinegar
2 slices of 35 cal toast
some calorie free shirataki noodles
protein ice cream made with powder, ff greek yogurt, lowest cal almond milk
an apple
a quest bar or something else to satisfy my sweet tooth
probably a good 5-6lb of food to fill me up but the rest of the day is just bcaas every few hours to spike MPS

Studhorse this is ridiculous. I think ChocolateClen replaced the plates at my gym with those air filled ones. Way too easy lol. Numbers have gone way up on all lifts. I had to up Incline Bench and High Row weights because they were waaaaaay too easy. So I'll be doing 3 plates on both of those by the end.
