Now I had fat free plain greek yogurt last night. No bueno? Its only 4 carbs in 8oz

No man that's fine it's about the net amount of carbs. For me I drink a lot of milk so that's hard to give up in a keto diet.

You can get strips at Walmart... they carry ReliOn ketone strips... usually near the diabetic ancillaries

'Morning peeps. Did not take my Thermogenesis this morning due to the fact that I have to sleep today and work EMS tonight. Im fixing to get in the bed, and when I wake up..boom, taking both. Itll kill my late night cravings I typically get and give me that boost I need to get me through. Today was my 2nd workout on my HST program and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Not huge numbers, but wanted to ensure I got all 15 reps in on every lift. Now, its bed time and Ill talk with you guys later this evening!

Next workout I want you to get 275 for 15 on that deadlift. You are almost INCLINE bench pressing your deadlift numbers.

Next workout I want you to get 275 for 15 on that deadlift. You are almost INCLINE bench pressing your deadlift numbers.

Yeah, Im supposed to keep this weight for 2 weeks, but I think Im going to up it. Ive got my form fixed and its making the lifts easier. Thanks for the reminder that my legs are stupid failures. Lol

Well, the idea isn't to make the 15 reps easy. I think the benefit of HST is that you "stimulate don't annihilate" but you still want it to be challenging. I KNOW you can get 15 with 275 - because you can deadlift around 400 if you want to. There's no way you won't get at least 10 with 300+.

Could be worse - I actually walked out on a girl at UNCG once ....didn't even know how to respond to it all. Could have probably done her and her friend but something just told me to abort and I up and left....and I was told later by a female friend that knew her that I definitely made the right call...but it would have been a night to remember.

Definitely would have been nice. Short term nice, long term regrets. But thats when you make up an imaginary night and convince yourself its what happened. Haha. Im kidding. And yes, UNCG. Enough said

Spent some time on the treadmill after a short workout this morning. 5 miles in about 45 minutes, half walking, half running, just to see how the old achilles tendon holds up. Felt good to be running again, but time will tell how smart of a choice that was. And now, some mayoral capguns.....

I like it!! Arms look solid and the tatt just makes it even better. Thats why I keep getting more, eventually Ill just LOOK solid and can sit down and eat..a lot. Looking good brother!!

No, youre not, just wanted to return the ball bustin! And I haven't checked, Im going to give it a fee days. Yesterday ended with 1731 calories, 206 protein , 40 carbs and 80 fats. 1 thing that really confused me was that by last night my urine was pretty yellow. Very unlike myself. I drank 2.5 gallons of water, and a cup of coffee first thing in the morning . Other than that, BCAAs and a PWO. Cant figure out the discoloration

long as its clear and not milky looking you are fine.

If u can find it near u can't remember if it was almond breeze or silk but they make an unsweetened chocolate one. Like 45 calories. Saw it on a post on twitter ways back and wanted to try it but unfortunately not available here

Walgreens will have ketostix. I prefer ketostix to the ReliOn ketone strips... they're more expensive though... like $15 for 50 if I remember correctly. lol I'm a fcking cheap ass though

Slept well today for about 4 hours and had to het ready for work. There will be a slight change to my overall plans with the dosing. I took 2 upon waking as I stated I would, but seems like it raised my BP. Maybe Ok if I only took 1, so Ill try that the next time I work Night shift which should be this week. Now, good news. I got on the scale this afternoon just for the heck of it, and I weighed 219.8. Just a little higher than I was yesterday,but heres the difference. Yesterdays 219 was wearing my underwear, todays 219.8 was in sweat pants and t shirt. So, maybe dropping. A little sore from the workouts, but I like that soreness. Little snapshot of me this evening after I got to work before throwing the Uniform shirt on. Feeling good other than the BP. Invalid Link Removed

Fat-119. Critique away guys

You might want to chill on the peppers till you are sure you dropped into keto...they're known to block the change over.

The first few days you shouldn't stress on the cals. As long as you keep up on the fat, you should get to the point that you'll be satiated way before you overeat.

Do a google search on leucine and how it can help get/stay in ketosis safely.

i will say this, i have never done a keto diet. not because i dont believe in or its to restricting, its complex and needs to be followed. with that being said, it works. but a pepper, a friggin pepper lol can screw u over

D@mnit man! Now I want curly fries!! Love Arbys!! They actually make a sandwich just for me. (Here in my town anyway)They named it after me. But its the market fresh wheat bread, brown spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato and 10-12oz of turkey breast. Its amazeballz!!
