Melting a Titan, Sponsored Thermogenesis log

Hey FireTitan. How does your strength feel on Thermogenesis? Most fat burners leave me feeling slightly weaker. A fair trade IMO, but curious if this is similar.
 
Instead of replying to each of you individually, Ill just say d@mn. I love you guys and your quirky ways and off the wall shenanigans. Gainz. Im going to attempt to elaborate, although I know you guys will negate just to start shyt. Its part of what I love with you guys. I have a decent amount of muscle mass on me, Ive worked hard for it. I will post a picture at the end of this post that I don't believe I have shared just yet... and its brutal. But I look at it like this. What muscle I do have is covered by this layer of lard that I no longer want. Kind of like that supplement you ordered on line. Its what you want, youve waited for and that wait is just killing you. But when it arrives, that bottle or tub is packaged in a small box, styrofoam, plastic and shoved into a bigger box wrapped in tape. A bunch of bullshyt fluff that is useless to you. And you remove all that outer layer just to get to that 1 object you so desire. Youve finally earned your way into that package and GAINED what you so desire. Thats what I mean when I say gainz, Im getting rid of the plastic, the boxes and the styrofoam in order to get to the final product that I so desire. A leaner, solid me that looks and feels 15 years younger than I really am. Does that sort of put it into better perspective or did I just ramble off for nothing? Well, as of today I would say no. I felt a lot stronger today starting the HST program than I have in a while. Fixing to post my workout in a few minutes

Brother - you are crushing and no one likes dieting, so it is easier to just decide to "bulk" and avoid all the pain, hardship and sacrifice. But the diet is what really gets you to the point where OTHER people can see what you've got.

You could have a ton of muscle and weigh 285 and be a fat fck and no one would think anything positive about you being in shape.

You, my friend, are setting an example and raising standards.

My son got about 8" of snow while I was up there. All I could think about was how awesome it would have been out in the timber sitting in a tree stand. Nothing quiets things down like a good snowfall.

How's the diet coming along? Have you tested your ketone levels with ketostix?

No, youre not, just wanted to return the ball bustin! And I haven't checked, Im going to give it a fee days. Yesterday ended with 1731 calories, 206 protein , 40 carbs and 80 fats. 1 thing that really confused me was that by last night my urine was pretty yellow. Very unlike myself. I drank 2.5 gallons of water, and a cup of coffee first thing in the morning . Other than that, BCAAs and a PWO. Cant figure out the discoloration

You're probably in ketosis... your breath will start to smell and your piss will look darker... my sweat starts smelling like chemicals when I'm in keto too...

You might have an easier time getting into keto and getting adapted cause your carb intake was so low. I bet your gonna feel a ridiculous amount of energy next week.

Keto paired with a fat burner=shred time
 
You also might want to up your fat intake... remember that fat is energy so it's what's going to get burned up really quick. Put olive oil on everything

Yea, I'm dipping my toes in the low carb world here now and at first felt so weird to up the fats. Now I love it

Dont know about my breath, but my mouth is cotton dry no matter what! And I do seem to have a different aroma when I sweat, cant say chemical smell, but different. Can I get the test strips at walmart?
