hairygrandpa how are the Peptides going? Have you found nirvana from all the acupuncture or what?

I really like em! Switching now IGF1-Lr3 for IGF1-Des, after reading a lot -and putting in some MGF too.
Since my discovery of peptides, I keep AAS use low -but a S-Drol cycle is coming up that I will do to the letter, with peptides, growth hormones and whatnot. I need TRAPS, damnit! TRAPS!!!!

The dog meds I inject around my knees could be revolutionary. I'm in week 2 and jogged today for a mile, first time since last year!!! You have no idea what that means to me!

Yes, bro. Dog meds made my life worthwhile again, the side effects are manageable - I still have the urge to smell butt holes.LOL

You aren't fooling us - that has nothing to do with the pet meds ...we know you have a real issue with sniffing the butts of others.

Feeling swole and pumped up.
S-Drol has not arrived yet, will keep conditioning me for the cycle, like pre- loading liver -and BP support.

Talk to me. But you have to know, I'm experimenting and have only half-azz conclusions on some of your issues. Tennis- or golfers elbow is a thing of the past for me, I found the cure.
I swear, I will NOT end like others with chronic illness. If you would know me, you would bet all you have on me, because failure is not part of my vocabulary, seriously!

I'm not a grandpa to my knowledge. :)

I'm 48 turning 49 in April. I was VERY active in my youth (martial arts trainer and whatnot) and did nothing but sitting in front of a computer for 10 years.
That was 2 years ago.
I'm fearless approaching new pathways to better my conditions (strength wise and health wise) I'll try EVERYTHING that has a scientific back ground.
Short cutting wherever I can, as time is running out.
Am I crazy? You bet I am!

Crazy, I know... but I'm jumping and jogging again, while tanned, with a boner despite my arthritis, beat that!

Second, no. I don't listen to Enya. But, what I do listen to is probably just as bad.

I listen to a hypnosis track. It's mellow music with a hypnotist planting seeds of success, energy, and strength.

Hypnosis, I was heavily into that when young, almost pursued studying psychology.
You know, anyone with a "head problem" wants to study psychology -or psychiatry to get to the source, well, it's true! :)
 
My last workouts were focused and intense.
I now think switching pre-workout stims is the way to go.

I switch between matcha tea (high dosed) and a commercial stim every workout and it seems to work better than using always the same stimulant.
Will keep an eye on that.

I always switch stims. I have 3 different ones that I rotate with. (this does work for me)
I only does the min. of the stim and mix with a full dose of labrada super charge stim free. I workout in the evenings about 6:00pm. otherwise i cant get to sleep.
Now if I workout on the weekends its a different story!

MESOMORPH by far my fav. stim PWO 1 scoop does it for me.
C4 got a great deal on it. 1.5 scopes for me.
MUSCLETECH ANARCHY (my son gave me 2 tubs. he didnt like it.) 2 scopes for me.
Take note I drink coffee all day. have a pot in my office!

ask Brandinooooo about the Kraken? I got my eye on that once I start running low.

anything with DMAA in it really makes me attack the weights. I cant take it more than 2-3 times a week at most. I can bang all night like a porn star on it but it takes me about an hour to get a nut. (Great cardio) wife doesn't like so much! lol

heard good things about JP8X HARDCORE got my eye on this as well.

I'll focusing on lagging body parts and introducing leg workouts more often, as knee pain subsides - also shoulder- and chest workouts after my injury.
Still no bench press for me, nor dead lifts -or squats. Those only when I'm confident enough not to injure me again.

Focus is on :
-Traps
-Forearms
-Shoulders
-Chest
Rehabilitating:
-Legs
-Presses/Shoulder (doing more push ups, playing with elevations and angles)

Workout plan for the first week, after that adding rest pause sets, numbers are sets (x6 = 6 sets to failure)
Monday:

Push ups TUT: x6
cable chest: x6
DB standing shoulder press: x4
DB rear delt: x3
DB lateral: x3
Leg press: x6
chest press machine: x6
floor DB triceps extensions: x6

Its smooth and clean energy. I really like it. Feels good with a good pump.

I hate Yohimbe. Gives me horrible anxiety.
 
Conqu3r Unleashed and HyperMax XT are both really good as well. And for you Diesel fans, JP8x is pretty decent
